I lived here. I was on my way to pay rent when I had a notice to vacate. I was not behind on rent, not noisy ect. When I asked why, I was told "the owner wants toe unit back" I was given no further explanation. I found out why...The jacked the rent up on the next tenants by over $100....TOday I got a collections notice for over 4K. I have proof that the apartment was absolutely clean when I moved out. There was a tiny bit of damage on one wall from a rocking chair. Aside from that, it was clean. I did find out that the apartment flooded a week or two AFTER I moved out (and I can prove where I was

This apartment was the best choice for me! Great location, parking garage on site, great apartments with nice views. They all have new appliances, including washer and dryer. The staff is helpful, courteous, and professional and the amenities are well-maintained, high quality and in a great neighborhood.
All in all, I would recommend this apartment for people who are moving :) You won't regret it!

The apartments are average to large and when built were done so as luxury apartments. However, under current management they have become run down due to not being properly maintained. They are in desperate need of repainting, repairs, and cleaning on the exterior (according to former neighbors none of the above have been done in 5+ years). The cement is stained, the building and railing are filthy, the gutters are full of leaves and dirt, leaking and causing small waterfalls in the spring and fall, and large ice patches in the winter. I would highly recommend avoiding this property as well as their other property Oakwood Club. The manager here is sexist and one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever met. He lives on site and makes it an extremely uncomfortable environment to live in. I have never lived at a place that violates so many tenant rights, they are completely unreasonable. If you ask him to speak to the property owners he starts giving you attitude and I was told "they may return your call after they read what I wrote about your apartment". They also have a ridiculous parking policy that makes

I’ve lived here for a few years now and I have to say it’s a great place to live super close to stores, restaurants and movies! If you have anything wrong you just put in a request and they fix it right away! Awesome place to live the people are friendly and the office workers are all super nice. 6 out of 5 stars for this place and price!

We had a wonderful time, this place was very nice and in a great location.The home was clean, very spacious and very well managed. All of the amenities in the home are there for you to use which makes it feel right at home.

I stayed at McDonald Place Apartments for seven months while working in Spokane Valley. And to say it upfront, I enjoyed my stay very much. I had a room: Large layout, plenty of closet space, an office area with a desk, plasma tv, the toilet was rather small, though. Each room has a kitchenette, pots, and utensils can be borrowed from the front desk. So if you are seeing for a comfortable, efficient and reasonably priced place to stay in Spokane Valley, McDonald Place Apartments is the place for you. Jessica is very friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in Spokane Valley, I will definitely stay

Just got a collections letter almost 4 years after we moved out. First letter we've gotten in regards to this. They also took our deposit and charged us when we moved out for things that were already broken or stained when we moved in. We paid them what we owed them and some how got this collection letter. Renters beware!

Amazing The house had everything we needed, plenty of beds, a Beautiful Landscaping and all of the basic amenities. Everyone was so comfortable. Great bedrooms and layout of sitting and lounge areas. Everyone loved the inside bar and the outdoor living spaces. I would highly recommend this Apartment.
