I have been coming here for years and almost every experience is awful. I keep hoping they service will improve, but it just keeps getting worse. The waits are very long. The staff is unpleasant and difficult to deal with. the prices are some of the highest around. I have spent thousands here over the years and at this point I'll never give them another penny.

I have been going to contact lens gallery for years, I have literally spent a THOUSANDS of dollars there... literally!!! Sad to say I will NEVER go back, I could not get in to see the optometrist so I had to see another optometrist at a different practice to get an updated Rx... I ALWAYS order two pairs of glasses one regular and the other sunglasses, both Rx, well over a thousand dollars on this one order.. this was March 1. I called on April 17 to ask the status of my glasses and was told two different stories on why they were not yet available, that didn’t bother me, the fact that I had to

Good staff, nice, but paying 400+ and having to wait more than 7+ business days on a rush order. Highly bugged when the consultant said the most days waited would be 5 days or less. Last time ill be going to this place of business, when product is rushed its because obviously we need them sooner than later smh.

When I went for my eye exam they were quick and efficient. The dr was nice as were the employees. Fortunately I didn’t need glasses or contacts so I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. When my husband and I went back to purchase glasses for him the employees were all very nice, however once our frames were chosen we waited for quite a while with not even a peep out of the receptionist, I asked her to help us and was told that the optician was out to lunch and would be back in a couple of minutes, 15 minutes passed and no sign of anyone to fit the glasses and finish the sale. Not even an apology

Dr. Chavez took so much time with me to perfect my prescription. I’ve struggled multiple times trying to get my prescription right to wear contacts and got so frustrated that I gave up and went back to glasses. She got it right the very first time. Staff is very friendly and very clean office. Overall top notch experience!! Couldn’t ask for more!

I have never had such a great experience getting my eyes examined as I did when I went to this eye clinic. They have state of the art equipment and a large supply of designer frames to pick from. The doctor was very nice and professional by explaining everything she was doing and what she found. The whole office staff were so kind and professional. I will definitely make this my eye clinic from now on AND tell my friends and family about how great this clinic is!

Historically, this place has had Friendly knowledgeable staff. It's also been a busy place, but the wait was reasonable. For some reason today, the scheduling process was disorganized and the service unreliably slow. We made an appointment for sports glasses because they told us they could make them over the phone. When we got there, checked in, & waited for 10 minutes, a polite gentleman working there told me they don't make those. Wha? We asked them to fax my records to Accent on Vision & it took them ALL day long to do it even though they said they
