Squinting at computer, tablet, or mobile screens for hours at a time is a normal part of our lives in the 21st century. Unfortunately, eye problems associated with this activity are also on the rise. Even if you have never had eye problems before, you may have noticed computer vision syndrome symptoms after two or more hours of screen time.
At InVision, we strive to provide comprehensive, primary eye care for the whole family. Preventative and routine eye exams are important to maintaining good eye health. Often, eye and vision problems do not have obvious symptoms or signs, but are easily diagnosed by a licensed optometrist. By diagnosing eye and vision conditions early on, our optometrist is able provide treatment options and in many cases restore or prevent vision loss.
At InVision, we strive to meet all of your eye and vision care needs. Corrective lens evaluations and prescription management are provided by our optometrist in Albuquerque. After a comprehensive eye and vision evaluation, Dr. Michelle Cohen will discuss the variety of contact lens options with you to select the type that best fits your vision needs and lifestyle.
Did you know that the newest research shows it is possible to slow or even prevent the onset of myopia or nearsightedness. There is a whole range of actions we can take while your child is young to help. Schedule an appointment with Dr. Cohen now to discuss these options.
Myopia or nearsightedness is a problem of the eye growing too long for its optical power, with higher levels of myopia carrying significantly increased risk of potentially blinding retinal complications.Myopia has also become increasingly common the world over, at least in part due to our change in visual habits and increased time devoted to near activities.

Dr. Coen made a report to CPS because she "felt" like my child (4) was "underdeveloped, delayed and no follow up visit was obtained (on her time frame)" and felt she "had to make that call" based on that.
First time going to the clinic and it was a WRECK! I would NOT recommend this to ANYONE! I feel attacked, not only by CPS but also racially profiled by Dr. Coen and her other white employees. NEVER again will I ever go to this unprofessional and harassing place again! BIGGEST MISTAKE I ever made. Her last words were "well if there is no abuse, then they wont need to take your kids." as if being

In November of 2016, while living in Florida, I was afflicted by what was eventually diagnosed as Vestibular Neuritis. Testing showed that 69% of the Vestibular nerve in my right ear was destroyed (probably from a latent virus).
An ENT proscribed Physical Therapy to hasten my recovery. I had an excellent PT who (along with normal compensation) helped me gain back all my balance and coordination after a couple of months.
However, I continued to find myself light-headed and exhausted by the end of most days. Additionally, I found that my ability to track moving objects while in motion was extremely

Two of my boys are patients at InVision. Dr. Cohen and all the therapists and staff are friendly and professional. They take their time to work with each patient. Dr. Cohen takes a whole health approach which has helped my boys in so many ways. My boys are reading and focusing better. They no longer complain of as many headaches after a long day at school. We are so grateful and blessed by the work that the InVision staff has done for our kiddos.

I cannot comment on the professionalism or competence of the doctor herself, but if it reflects anything of my experience with the receptionist I don't have confidence at all. If you are going to schedule here, make sure the receptionist knows what planet she is on so you dont drive and hour across town to arrive at your appointment and discover they don't accept your insurance. A properly run facility would have check that information at the time of scheduling or at least way before the day of the appointment.

Dr. Cohen is a very knowledgeable and personable provider. She has been so helpful in managing the complex vision needs of myself and my child. She was instrumental in helping us find a way to slow down my child's vision loss with referral info for a provider who could prescribe special lenses that she recommended. My child also benefitted greatly from occupational therapy provided within Dr. Cohen's office to address issues she was having with discordination of her eyes. The therapy was life changing in improving my child's hand-eye coordination and she can now enjoy sports and physical activity
