Great Eastern Management Company began construction of Barclay Place, designed as a 'sister property' to Great Eastern's adjacent Westgate Apartments, in 1991 and it was completed in 1994. Whether you are on a temporary business trip, in between houses, or just visiting the Charlottesville area, Barclay Place Apartments has all of your short-term needs covered. Our one and two bedroom Corporate Apartments provide you the convenience of having a fully furnished home with all of the housewares and linens provided for light traveling.
Where are you located? We are located on Georgetown Road, just off of Hydraulic Road, and within walking distance of Trader Joe's and IMAX Theatre. Can I apply online? You will then just need to pay the $75 /person application fee. Please contact the office prior to application to ensure that we have an apartment available for you as the application fee is nonrefundable.
