National Recycling
The major recycling materials which we handle are all kinds of waste paper such as Old Corrugated Containers (OCC), newspaper, white paper, mixed paper, and many more. We are also certified recycling center (RC 3530) and processor (PRO 313) in California. The buyback and sorting procedures for bottles, aluminum cans, and plastics of all types are followed by the state rules.

We provide processing services for their mixed rigid containers for the City, shopping centers, warehouse, and many more. We have solid financial background which is a key in running the business. The facilities at 1312 Kirkham Street in West Oakland and the 5 acres yard including warehouse at 9315 San Leandro Street in East Oakland are fully owned and operated by us.
Services
Face Mask is required at all times. No Mask, No Service. Please be 6 feet away from each other. You must separate all items prior to entering the facility. You are not allowed to separate items inside or outside of the facility. You must empty liquids and/or any contamination from all recycling containers and remove caps from your plastic bottles prior to arrival.

Bad Management. Doesn't pay out. Won't let you bring recycling in unless it's sorted even if you have a couple bags. All tops have to be removed. They also discriminate against certain people. Today was the last time dealing with them because they're closer.

They accepted my block Styrofoam. The place seemed organized, but outside is a mess. Recycling bin scavengers come here, sort their wares prior to sale, a just dump the crap on the street. No wonder we have an ocean plastics problem.

Remember to remove the bottle caps from your plastic bottles at home because you can't do it there. The place is very organized as well.

I just called to report this driver. He was driving about 40 miles an hour in the Serramonte parking lot! Then when he got out of his car to ask me to move my car, I told him he needs to slow down in a parking lot. He then started throwing cones around and swearing. I called the company to let them know, but have a feeling not much will be done.

So sad "Replanet Recycling" closed down, they were the best recycling place in California. This place right here is the worst recycling center that I've ever been to. Filthy and ghetto establishment, bums are everywhere. It makes me want to stop recycling

Bottom of the barrel place to come do recycling. The first thing you notice is that the floor is littered with plastic caps because they want you to remove them before they accept them. First time I've seen this and the sole reason is because they don't want you to get back the full crv.

I don't even want to give them a "1"...they are racist. They banned my boyfriend and I because THEIR 2 Latin male employees came out/across company responsibility lines to antagonize/throw a punch at an older Black lady and my boyfriend assisted her while punching him in the face...exactly at the same time that I was complaining to the owner and begging her to stop/assist the delima. They show favoritism. Its not right!

Pretty funky, but great to drop bottles
Not that much cash but ok
They say they open at 6:30 am, they had not opened yet at 6:40
Then, once inside the gate, you find out that their hours are deceiving. I guess you can drop off cardboard when the gates are open but not bottles. I had to wait until 8 am to drop the bottles. Do they should change the Advertising hours.

My experience was pretty simple. Grab some crates, sorted my recyclables, and pour out all liquids. After doing that... Got in line, the workers sorted the different plastic bottles I had (without complaints), weighed it, gave me my payment receipt, and walked it over to the cashier and got my money.

Everyone I encountered was friendly including the security guard. Place smell and is a mess, but that wasn't surprising to me. Went it, did what I needed, and got what I needed done...done!
