Don’t move here! The elevators are always broken. Why are we paying rent??? Nothing gets fixed. 4 elevators for 1000 residents YET 2 haven’t ever worked in the past year. The other 2 are constantly down. How many times do I have to walk 20 flights of stairs???? Priorities. The residents need working elevators in a high rise building. It’s a no brainer. That’s not it-Water shut offs weekly. the common areas have trash. There has been a face mask on the ground of the parking garage for one full week now. Pasta sauce ketchup and other goid all over the parking garaje. I’m so tired of this

1/18/22: The Resident Relations staff and management continue to be the highlight of the property. Elizabeth Y. and her team are taking the extra steps to follow up on services that are important to residents. When reserved parking became available, I received an email and the next business day I was switched over to my assigned space. It meant a lot.
So, I’m a government employee who unexpectedly had to take an assignment back to DC towards the end of my career. I was looking for a safe, economical place, close in to the Pentagon/Springfield area that allowed me the ability to continue cover

The overall management of this place is unbelievable. 3 out of 4 elevators are not working all year long. You have to wait in a que for at least half an hour to get to your floor. Water is shut off every other day. This is crazy and unbelievable in 21st century and in a most developed country on earth you have such living place. When it comes to their rents, zero talorance for late payent and the rents are skyrocket as its name.

I would give less stars if I could. Long story short trash everywhere, mice, roaches and nobody cares. Water shuts off all the time, but I mean cold showers are better than no showers I guess! Also poor you if you live on higher levels, cause elevators also might not work all days in a month, and some people live on 20 something floor…

NEVER EVER think to move here. If there is less than 1 start I would give it. Very inconvenient situation, several water shortages throughout the week, it is winter and they have issues with hot water!! You can't take showers or even wash hands with this very cold water. Roaches everywhere and continuous elevator issues. Lobby entrance is closed for one year now and no ramps at the building entrances making it very hard to access the building if you have stroller or shopping cart. One day i caught a mouse in my apartment myself, maintenance did not do anything do help catching it, just giving traps

I lived in this place for four years between 2017 and 2021. When I moved in, the property was owned by Equity Residential. Then, in 2020, the ownership moved to CIM Group. Since the ownership changed, things went south in terms of management. For example, the online maintenance request system used by CIM is much worse than the one used by Equity. The package room’s rules have gone insane where residents of the same unit cannot pick up packages for one another. The security has become worse. Up to the time I left, the garage doors were mostly open all the time. But, I saw the worst of this management

The entire staff is so rude and disrespectful. I always have a problem with Elizabeth. She is so disgustingly rude she doesn’t care about you or your issues. She told me to “stop yelling” because the leak that has nothing to do with me is ruining my stuff. This is completely unacceptable and no matter how much we companion against her and the property manager nothing is being done. My biggest advice if your thinking of moving here, don’t. Not worth the price or headache.

I've lived here for 7 years and let me tell you, its the worst. The amount of mice and roaches I've had in this apartment is disturbing, police are here almost everyday and the smell of weed is almost everywhere. there are four elevators and barely any of them work, they turn the water off without any warning which is extremely inconvenient. Definitely not a place you wanna move to especially if you have kids. If you're thinking about moving here, DONT! Can't wait for this lease to end.

Don’t move here. Just don’t. Your car will be towed from the garage for expired inspection stickers. To a usurious lot that charges, not by the day, but by 24-hour period, charges you more if *they* choose to tow your car at night, and is in a location so sketchy my Uber driver stranger refused to leave until he saw me come out in my car.
Plus there is a homeless encampment in the dog walking/leisure field. I have heard and watched fights from my balcony.
Oh and guests have to pay $1 an hour to park. No exceptions. Or their car will be towed.
I’m over the large kitchen. I’d rather live
