A thorough inspection of our new home was presented to us. We received about 2-3 hours of professional inspection then a pictorial presentation was given on sight afterwards about what was found both positive and negative. A report was emailed within 24 hours for our review. Chad was timely, personable, and we would highly recommend him for your next house inspection.

I could not be at the inspection but my agent Facetimed me during Chad's review of findings. He was patient, answered all my questions very thoroughly and never made me feel like he needed to get to his next appointment. He took all the time I needed and then some. The written report was concise and easy to read and understand. I've read my share of home inspection reports and this one was very user friendly. My husband and I are are currently buying our first home together and called a handful of different inspection companies. Chad was responsive, affordable and stepped up to do the job asap.
