If I could give this place less then one star I would. I have lived here for a little over a year and this place has recently changed ownership. Let's just say I was WAY happier with the old ones. This place used to have a friendly feel to it, a homie feel. Now it just feels like a business. Trying to squeeze you for all you have. Fees and charges keep popping out of no where. These places are not that "new". I've seen lots of people come and go in the year I've been here so don't take them at their at their word. As soon as I get an opportunity to leave I am. When we first moved in under the old management this place was amazing to live at. They cared about their tenants, took amazing care of ground and apartments and were phenomenal at communicating. The new management company took over around July and everything fell apart. Communication ceased, it became impossible to get a hold of management, repairs and maintenance basically ceased to exist and they changed payment methods and online services and water/sewer providers without telling anyone. This place has become a joke and nightmare to live and the new management is the single reason we left this

The apartments are nice, and we loved it when we first moved in although, with the new management, this place has kind of gone down hill. Along with the apartments are kind of cheaply made. They have put in random new parking rules like you cannot back into a parking space which is absolutely ridiculous. The phones always go to a voicemail and never get a call back, and when we have tried to talk to anyone for our toilet that has not worked correctly in our second bathroom since we moved in last September, they barely do anything for it besides snaking when we repeatedly have said even when you

Salish flats was a nice place to live. My wife and I live there for almost 2 years the first year was was wonderful. The staff at that time was awesome and the ground crew was really good at keeping the place clean. Then they brought in New Management at the front office and it all went downhill from there could never get anybody to answer the phone or to call back or the office was always closed and when covid hit it even got worse one of the staff members had covid and they never even let anybody know that that person had covid I did give it a five-star to beginning but now I'm only giving it

Was on a time crunch to find a place to live. After going to many other nearby apartments we came up short. Until I found Salish Flats. I went in and spoke with Maddie. She was so nice and definitely made us feel welcome. After a day and a half of working with her she got us an apartment. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for their first place or even looking for a temporary spot. The apartments are beautiful, the staff are super nice, and the amenities that come with the unit are great.

My husband and I moved to Airway Heights a few months ago. We needed a short-term lease and an apartment that would accept a shepherd mix-Salish Flats accommodated both requests! Bambi in the front office went above and beyond to get us into a unit that we loved. Throughout our stay, she was very responsive and made us feel welcome. Also, the apartments are super updated and we had beautiful mountain views.
