Although temporary, Living here was great!!! Yes the appliances are a tad bit dated, but GOGO West are doing renovations and the new apts look great! But the real reason I enjoyed living here was management! Being military i have lived in a BUNCH of apts and the management and maintenance team for this one was by far the best! (I lived in some bouncier Apt in the past too). Kalie was absolutely amazing and was super helpful and understanding of my temporary living situation and she aided me and was always available to questions and prompt emails all with politeness and a smile! I don’t know how

Parking is a crapshoot, management doesn't enforce policies or tow in a timely manner as before. Cars are allowed to sit and remain in the few open spaces for months at a time.
Good luck getting packages delivered, owners refuse to put in extra parcel boxes so good luck getting one of the 4 we have. Front office doesn't want liability for holding your packages, probably because they're hardly ever there. Postal service is too lazy to bring them to your door, and if they do, the porch pirates living here get to them...
Don't get me started on the CON-service utility charges we have to deal with

ALMOST everything about these apartments is great. Great location (no road noise), friendly neighbors, great price to include a pool and weight room. The only thing that doesn’t work for me is the property manager. I have called, left messages, and emailed Kailynn MANY times, and she refuses to respond to anything that I send her. However I know she gets them, because my girlfriend calls/emails and she gets an answer in a few minutes. The office is extremely rarely open, and they have a sign on the door saying to call. I have sent Kailynn several emails regarding questions regarding rent and

My fiance and I have lived here for 2 years.
When we first moved in management was a mess and we were getting completely ripped off on water, sewer and garbage. (Almost $200 on top of rent. It was insane.)
However, since the new manager has come she has fixed the water, sewer and garbage to a flat $50 fee. The maintenance guy Joel is awesome and always quick to respond and fix whatever issues you may have. Him and The manager are very friendly and upfront about what is going on.
We love how quiet this place is and nice view out in the country.
Only a few down sides to this place.

My partner and I love these apartments!!! Very clean and well taken care of upon move in, the property manager is the sweetest gal I've ever met and she's very willing to work with us on things. The only rough thing is parking, but reserved spots are pretty cheap. Whenever we need maintenance, it's always a timely response and a quick fix.

One of the best apartment property/management/maintenance experiences I’ve had. Safe, clean & in a quiet area. Respectful neighbors. So so quiet, I almost never heard my neighbors, which is rare in apartments!! They have garages/shops to rent on the property for cheap too, which is awesome. Close enough to everything, I did all my day to day shopping in Airway Heights but Division St is a less than 10 minute drive. Definitely recommend these apartments if you’re looking for something safe & secure.

I lived here 5 years ago and recently moved back to the area and knew I wanted to live in this complex due to the location. I was happy to see that management had changed for the better and that it is a family and pet friendly complex. The area is always very clean and eesponses the apartment manager is always quick and timely. I pay for covered parking but before that I used to just park on the street and that never bothered me. I understand that people want a guaranteed spot but they do have garages and there is street and open parking available. Schools in this area are also great. A big selling

This complex has become the best complex I have ever lived at. At first with the previous management I had been contemplating moving due to many reasons but the new management has made many changes and shows that they really care about the people living here. The manager that started early this year is very responsive, personable and honestly I feel like she treats me more like a friend than just another tenant, she works really hard and truly cares!! Also the maintenance guy is kind and very easy to communicate with. He has a work phone and can just text you to set up a time that works for you

I want to give 5 star because it's a nice apartment. Unfortunately the issue with reviving packages is something all prospective renter's should be aware of. The post office can not deliver to your apt. Only the office so if you work the same hours you have to take time off work to get your package, I called the post office wanting to know why FedEx and ups ext. Can deliver to my door they say they are only allowed by property management to go to the office. 3 weeks after my birthday I was notified that I had a package, it was cookies ( now moldy) from my sister.
