We just got back from a week in siesta key… We stayed at horizons west unit E8 and it was absolutely fabulous! The owner was very attentive and always available for any questions or anything we might need. The staff and maintenance crew were very friendly and helpful with everything! The house itself is absolutely perfect… Beautifully decorated…veryclean. Perfect little beach house! Nice private area with lots of things that you might need for your trip to the beach already for you to use and take with you to make your day easier such as a beach umbrella… Beach chairs… And a wagon! Last impression was not so great... I’ve stayed at the high rise many times and never had an issue before. The people are nice, units have awesome beach views, and the pool area is great…which is why I keep coming back. On my last trip I received a call the day after I checked out informing me that I did not return both sets of keys. I thought this was odd since two sets of keys along with the wristbands were sealed inside the ziplock bag (provided) and then that bag was sealed inside the envelope (provided at checkin) to ensure that everything was received after having to be put in the after

Wow where do I start! My family and I have been coming here for 15 years. We almost didn’t make the trip to the key this year. Well, considering the current state of where COV19 is. My family and I didn’t think this years trip would be possible. Luckily my husband convinced us all to go! Thankfully we took a vacation this year. After all that 2020 has brought stress wise it was time for a change for 2021. I can’t say enough about Horizons West. This has been the best condominium we’ve ever stayed in from the outstanding owner to helpful and pleasant Bonnie in the office. The condo provided so many imenities, very clean in and around the property. We will definitely be back and it can’t come soon enough.
