This is not my first Home Inspection experience, but if I need another inspection in this area, Precise is who I'm calling. The Inspector spent over 5 hours going over every nook and cranny of the property. The report is filled with pictures, details and recommendations which are separated into High Priority, Low Priority, Regular Maintenance, etc. What is to current code, what was to code when done but should be upgraded when possible as well. We went over the high priority items together after the inspection and received the full detailed report later that evening (over 70 pages). Worth every

I have used PRECISE for two home purchases now. They quickly scheduled both appointments and I had the report on the same day of the inspection. On both occasions I met the inspector at the site and they took time to walk through their findings. The report is well-organized and thorough. Tim is the best, most thorough and experienced Home Inspector I know! I've recommended him to every buyer client I've had since 2018 when I first had a Home Inspection experience with him, and my clients all agree, - "He's fantastic!"
