Restrictions: The following dog breeds, whether purebred or crossbred, will be permitted on the premises only if Resident provides an AKC Certificate verifying the specific dog has successfully completed and passed the AKC Good Citizen Program: Akita, Great Dane, German Shepard, Alaskan Malamute, Pit Bull, Dalmatian, Boxer, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Perro de Presa Canarios, Chow, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Staffordshire Bull terrier, or any Wolf Hybrid or mix of any of the above breeds, or any mix of the above breeds or any breed of dog that is known to be dangerous, or any animal with a history of aggressive, threatening or violent behavior.
CreateHousing is a tool to connect you to information on housing, employment, food, legal help, and other vital resources. This is an anonymous and confidential helpline that provides crisis intervention and referral services for individuals in Washington State. Professionally trained volunteers and staff are available to provide emotional support 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
This community participates in an affordable housing program monitored by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. Household income restrictions apply and are based on gross annual income. The community has a minimum household income requirement of 2.3 times the monthly rent amount to qualify.

I am amazed that people don't complain about all the riff raff. Management is ridiculous, they say there is a park and pool but it has never been open. And where is the park? Parking is a joke. Also, beware about washer & dryer, you have to pay to use it, but they don't tell you this until you are already committed and moved in. This place is a joke!

Extremely bad customer, they will tell you to move if you ask for something, they harassed, insult, etc. A lot of noise from everywhere, one garbage and recycling place for more than a hundred tenants, and more to come. There is a clock in the laundry closet that makes noise all day and night. Other tenants don’t respect any body either, don’t keep it quite, dog stuff everywhere. Etc.

This is the most poorly managed apartment complex I have ever lived in. Ever since they began their new construction project, parking has been a nightmare.
They blocked off nearly half the parking, and provided no solution for paying tenants to park, resulting in people having to park in Fire Lanes, along fences, and anywhere else they can find.
Parking is unassigned, so if you leave your home too late in the evening, there won't be parking available when you get back. It really makes you feel like a prisoner in your own home when you can't even leave for fear of not having a place to park.

HNN properties doesn't care about the well being of their tenants, and would rather allow people to illegally park in fire lanes than provide adequate parking accommodations during their 18 month construction project.
Their motto is "life is better here". What a joke. Trust me, and rent literally anywhere else. It's not just parking either; that's just the most recent frustration. Don't get me started on the bed bug problem...

So first I will say this, I have not moved in but I can say I have personally worked with the staff there and they are not rude at all. The units are nice and very clean and the people in the office work really hard to accommodate families that are interested in staying there. I'd like to specifically thank Irma for working so hard and always doing whatever it takes to make sure the tenants are happy. I don't believe the bad reviews until I see these things for myself. I've gotten nothing but excellent customer service from the vantage so far. Thanks ladies keep up the great work

The Vantage has been the absolute worst apartment complex I have ever rented from. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. There are many issues with the complex. They are incredibly controlling and particular about parking. Majority of their parking spots are small and labeled "compact" and because of this my SUV got door-dinged more times than I can even count, to the point of having decent-sized dents and paint chipped on my SUV (when I had very few door-dings prior). They request entrance into your apartment nearly every single month. They let their garbage and recycling
