Karen is an excellent yoga teacher - adept at being able to alter movements to match people's abilities. I had surgery on my knee, and with her adaptations, was able to go back to yoga class after only a few weeks of recovery. I have been going to her class for years.
She has three classes a week:
* Advent UMC in Eagan from 4:30-5:30pm on Monday
* Glendale United Methodist Church in Savage from 4:30-5:30pm on Tuesday
* All Saints Lutheran Church in Eagan from 7-8pm on Thursday
