Enjoyed living here up until now. Rent has increased every year I renewed my lease. This place does not care if u fall behind on rent due to the Covid-19. If u dont pay out you go. I have been given notice to leave in March due to various circumstances which have not been addressed with me. I am enrolled in the Cera program but they dont care.

I absolutely love living here at The Trilogy apartments! The area is peaceful, serene, also the location makes it easy to commute to various cities quickly being that it's near a few different freeways. The layout of the apartment combined with the size plus the monthly rate is almost unbeatable!!! The big bonus/topper would be the walk-in closet! Trilogy apartments are kid/pet friendly it's a great family environment. Sarah has been a phenomenal help with all of my residential needs. She's very knowledgeable and will put in the extra effort to ensure you're comfortable and well taken care of.

Love it here! My neighbors are nice, love my apartment and the big closets. The maintenance guys are always so nice and the ladies in the office. They are always so nice when I come in and remember my name and my dogs name. Everyone always comes out to give her some puppy love and a treat. I really like the food truck each month too.

So far I really love my apartment. For the most part it’s quiet, spacious and I can always find a parking spot. Sometimes the hallway stinks but that’s mainly due to other people living on the floor. I haven’t had any issues with my appliances and the one time I had maintenance come out (for something my fault) they came out fairly quickly (next morning). I also love that they have a food truck come out once a month, it’s really quite nice since the surrounding area is car dependent. I haven’t gotten a chance to get to the pool or grill outside just yet but I have used the gym multiple

The actual apartment itself is pretty decent. But the area is not great and in the 6 months that we have been living here both our cars have been broken into. Windows smashed, tires stolen, rims stolen, etc. They say they have security but they do not actually patrol overnight, only in the evening for a few hours. This complex is also right off of 94 and in between two airports so the highway noise is extremely loud.

I’m upset. I came to Michigan from Illinois because my job relocated me. I went to see this place mid august. And was told there was a spot available to move in that day. When I got there they said someone else already applied for it. I still wanted to look around. Then applied and they said by sept 30 I could move in sent me next steps via email and I was told I needed to get renters insurance in order to move further. So I got it. To start on the 30. Then yesterday I was called and told the tenant who is supposed to be moving requested an extension so I couldn’t move in on said date. They

The experience that I have had at Beztak, specifically the Trilogy Apartments in Belleville, MI has been nothing short of amazing. The office staff there are all wonderful people (Tracey, Nicole, & Krystal to name a few.) Chelsea took me on the tour to see the apartments and they were so well decorated so that I could really picture myself living there. The application process went quickly and smoothly, with excellent communication from the office staff and I was approved in 2 days!
