I use to love it here now it's just sad kids are running wild stealing cars. When I moved in Schooner Cove had the property I was promised new Kitchen cabinets and Carpet didn't receive either because we received new owners. One day while at work I guess it was some leak downstairs they came in removed the Vanity from the wall in the restroom which had a bottle of Gorilla Glue sitting on the sink they knocked it down it wasted all over the floor the Maintenance guy at the time said he would be back to install new tile never happened!

Nice apartment- terrible terrible terrible management. Terrible neighborhood. Don’t expect to get maintenance into your apartment for anything. Also the property manager Chris is the most unprofessional, rude, human. He will intentionally ignore your calls and lies to get you to leave him alone. I literally mean he makes up lies like it’s no bug deal. Extremely unprofessional just not worth it.

Have lived here 2 years. Great location and staff friendly and responsive. Was amazed at super quick maintenance done other day: had put in an online request for attention to a non-urgent issue at our dog park and lo and behold! Took dog over about 1-1/2 hours later and maintenance had already taken care of the request...LIKE MAGIC!! Really appreciate entire staff!!!
