I don’t even know where to begin. First, I didn’t get the unit I was promised. I got a rundown unit. They tried to make me pay for pest control because on the first day I moved there were red ants everywhere. The keys the gave me didn’t even work for the back door(I lived in the townhouse). I have dealt with wiring issues in the outlets and light switches. If it’s past 4pm don’t expect emergency maintenance to come. I went almost 15 hours with no toilet because my plumbing was backed up literally three days after they claimed it was fixed. I had nails sticking out of my stairs which my

I have lived here for 3 years. My apartment was in good condition, and the hallways are always well maintained. Maintenance always showed up the same day or next day when I put in a request. Management has always been kind and helpful. They have a security guard on duty at night. There are a lot of great parks in the area. Overall, I have enjoyed living here.

Decent pricing but you have to pay additional just to do your laundry, the walls are thin so you can hear EVERYTHING, they built a "dog park" but there isn't a park within the complex for the kids to play, and maintenance isn't as thorough as you'd hope for them to be. Also, there is an issue with the main door, you have to fiddle with key just to get in and sometimes that doesn’t even work so your stuck out side. And that absolutely sucks during the winter time.

After really looking into these apartments and reading reviews I decided that this was not the place for me. However just wanted to praise the lady who gave me a tour! Ashauntis was such a great leasing agent. She showed me a unit with such enthusiasm and even offered me other units at another property that better suited my needs. I'd definitely schedule with her again and recommend asking for her!
