Carriage Hill & Carriage Trace provide numerous options for apartment and townhome sizes and floor plans. Carriage Hill is specifically designed for those seeking a quiet, tranquil lifestyle. Tucked away just minutes from the mainstream, Carriage Hill is the ideal place for those wishing to make their home in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Applications are also available at our Leasing Office located in the Carriage Hill neighborhood, 73 Carriage Court. Each adult planning to reside in the household will need to fill out a separate application. Each applicant will also be required to provide a valid copy of his or her driver's license or state issued ID.
Please do not call for maintenance if you are sick or have been exposed to the virus. We have a limited staff and cannot afford to be down a staff member for recovery time. As we go in and out of several apartments a day, we do not want to risk germs being carried from one apartment to another. We love our neighbors and we look forward to life getting back to normal as soon as possible!

Maintenance is quick to get repaired Also has 2locations If you have Children go to trace. If you want a Adult area look at Hill rent includes 2 levels of Cab.le at no charge. Check them out. Pools open during summer season to residents and their guest with a pass. The two locations are on Longmire behind Big lots on Seivers

This my third apartment at Carriage Hill & Collect Trace Apartments. I moved up and then moved away and while I was away, I missed Collège Hill & College Trace, so I moved back. The apartments are spacious, the lawns are manicured, the pools are sparkling, and it feels like a neighborhood instead of an apartment. I love my place.

My husband & I live in #81 for a few months. Sadly he past away 5 months after we moved in.The office personal & owners were so nice. A d God Bless them ,they so understanding and helpful during my most difficult time in my life. And I will be checking back with them,because it's a great place to live and I'm very interested in living there again .Thank you CCt.

I have lived here at Carriage Trace for 1yr 5mths and I have enjoyed everyday. It is a safe community, I have good neighbors, and I haven't had any issues with my apartment apart from the regular maintenance things that arise. Such as outside light bulb being blown etc and when I put the work order in it was fixed within two days. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for an affordable apartment that is safe, well taken care off, spacious, and feels like home. The office staff are always friendly and helpful, as well as the maintenance staff.

Lived there for 8 years, was not late on rent once, I had a party which got too loud and the cops were called to my apartment, only a noise complaint. The day before Christmas Eve of all days, the staff gave my family a Termination of lease notice, only gave us 3 weeks to move out & find a place to live. Thanks Allan!
