We are happy to waive an application fee for any current student or any veteran of the US Armed Forces. We have partnered with local businesses to earn Windsor Court residents exclusive discounts! We have a 2 pet maximum per apartment home. We do not have any weight restrictions, only breed restrictions.

A decent place to live for cheap! You get what you pay for! Used to be a 1 star review however they have drastically improved lately! Work order was put in and problem was fixed all in the same day so I'm super happy about that! All of the staff members I've had contact with have been very nice. We see them cleaning up the community constantly, I love that they strive to keep this place clean! Only reason it's not a 5 star review is other residents like to be loud outside after 12pm but that's the risk you take living in a multi resident home. Definitely should invest in no parking signs though

After taking a tour of the apartments and meeting with management I knew this was exactly the place for my daughter. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and in a great neighborhood. This place gives myself peace of mind since my daughter wanted to live off campus and its close to the university of Tennessee. 10/10. Most definitely

I feel like the good reviews of this place are fake, they never fix anything that takes more than 20min to fix. I’ve talked to multiple people with unresolved damage and the staff is incompetent. The manager Jen is very rude and if you speak to anybody that lives here they’ll tell you. Very understaffed and they go through employees fast. Used to be somewhat affordable but at the rates for new res if you don’t already live here don’t bother.

I worked with Tony in getting my apartment at Windsor Court in Knoxville, and he was fantastic!! He went above and beyond for me in helping me search for the right place, and he has checked in with me constantly making sure everything was running smoothly after I moved in. I feel very safe and secure here, and I know that I can turn to Tony if I ever have any issues. He’s the best, and I would 100% recommend Windsor Court to anybody looking for an apartment in this area! Call him up!

For the price it's very agreeable! I'm happy to live in the unit I have, I have all of my accommodations and needs met. The only enhancements would be aesthetic, there's paint that flakes off of the sink, tub, walls, etc. But otherwise, the whole unit is awesome for me. I do wish I could use thumbtacks, there's just too thick of paint on the walls.

The property is older, but truly has a lot of charm. I am in a building that has only four units and we each have a garage! This was a great amenity for me to be able to keep my truck inside and it has a nice place for storage also. The staff and the maintenance guys have been awesome and have been very responsive in addressing any issues I have had. Even if things take a little longer to complete due to some supplies being hard to get, the guys are great at updating and letting me know what is going on. I have been met with lots of kindness and am glad I chose Windsor Court!

This is a great apartment for the price! The management team is very friendly, the apartment complex is kid and pet friendly, and the grounds are kept clean and neat. You are about 10-15 minutes from UTK / Fort Sanders & Children's Hospital and very close to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, car care places and much more. I have really enjoyed living here!
