We discussed doing another service at the time of my initial visit and completed the necessary prep work to move forward. I requested that my insurance be contacted to figure out what if any they would cover. I was told Pearlique would get back with me. They never did. I have called multiple times to follow up on this with no response. I think follow up and how a company handles your case when you are not in front of them is just as important as customer service when present. I have decreased my star rating because of this.

My favoritw dental office in all of LA!
I have no complaints and everyone here is very polite and kind. I love the high tech in each room and the yummy snack bar!lol
Very pretty office and a there is always a nice view when getting your teeth cleaned. The girl with the blonde hair, the hygienist is super nice!

I called for an emergency appointment and was able to see someone the same day. pauline, who was very helpful and dr. jennifer was very easy to
talk to and put me at ease. i, unfortunately, didn’t get the name of the persn who took my xrays was also very helpful. i have a follow up appointment and will likely have some more work to be done after that so i am glad i found an office i feel comfortable at.

I don't think I've ever left a Yelp review for a dentist... personally hate going (don't we all?)
However the service here was INCREDIBLE. They have a very thorough new patient form that has section to talk about your goals, past bad experiences with dentists, and even a section to rate the level of anxiety you have while going to the dentist! Super understanding and overall very friendly. The facility has excellent equipment and the hygienist that did my cleaning was way more gentle than I've had in the past which made the experience not nearly as uncomfortable as I was used

Pearlique has amazing and welcoming staff. They are very friendly not to mention honest about your hygiene or any problems that may arise with your oral cavity. I highly recommend you to make this office your primary dentist. Not to mention the doctor has a massage chair!!!! I was very relaxed during my visit and I'm glad I've joined the Pearlique family.

I really like Pearlique starting from the nice building and very clean and modern interior design. It feels like a very sophisticated work area where you feel like your teeth are being taken care of by true professionals.

Amazing experience!!! Doctor Jennifer fixed several of my teeth, and she is one of the best dentist I ever had. Very competent, efficient, friendly, caring & did an incredible job. She surely knows what she is doing, and I fully trust her. Entire staff is friendly & welcoming, which I always appreciate. Recommend the Pearlique Praxis 100% with rating of 10 stars. : )

I’ve met with a bunch of different staff here after neglecting to take care of my teeth the way I should have. Everyone has been more then helpful and answered any questions I had. They also took their time and made sure I was comfortable. Being able to watch Netflix during the procedures was a nice distraction. My teeth look a lot better and I’m no longer experiencing pain. A friend I recommended to come here has also has a good experience. I highly suggest this place.

I normally hate the dentist, but the crew at Pearlique work hard to make it as bearable as possible for scaredy cats like me. Dr Nguyen totally rules. By far the best experience Ive ever had with a health care practitioner. I feel heard and tended to in a way that sets the standard for any practice.

These guys are nothing short of AMAZING!!! From the front desk receptionist, to the dental assistants, the dentist, and the office manager, they put the cherry on top of perfection!!!
I recently relocated from Florida, and was not due for a cleaning for 3 more months. I live in DTLA, so parking and driving are always an issue. While moving in, I unfortunately cracked one of my teeth when I bit into an almond. Having Humana insurance in Florida was a breeze, but finding a dentist to handle a dental emergency in the South Park area that accepted Humana was an all day affair.

Thank you Dr. Jennifer and her team! I went through a whole treatment with root canal, cleaning, and filling. After the initial visit, Peter went through my insurance coverage and proposed a treatment plan that takes advantage of my insurance.
Dr. Jennifer is very funny and friendly. She is also super efficient and makes my appointment extremely enjoyable!

I met Dr. Jennifer when she used to work in Glendale, but now that I work in downtown LA, I'm so thrilled to know that she opened her clinic there as well in a beautiful building. Her clinic is state-of-the-art with a modern clean look. I didn't have to wait at all before being taken to one of the spacious rooms.
She does the best work, and it's always painless. I highly recommend checking this place out. It has a very cool vibe.
