Lifespan Yoga
My name is Beth and I am the founder of Lifespan Yoga. Since 2009, my mission has been making all 8 limbs of yoga accessible to people at each stage of the lifespan. I train teachers online and live, design courses, eBooks and educational materials. In 2021 I began putting my courses online in addition to teaching live.

All courses can be used in my yoga teacher training programs; including Standing Against Violence and Living the 8 Limbs of Yoga. Online courses include lectures, homework, downloads and a variety of formats such as video and audio. Here is an introduction to the most recent class I developed called Living the 8 Limbs of Yoga.
Services
This book discusses a variety of ways to stand against violence each and every day. Beginning with ourselves, a few practices are outlined. These habits lay the foundation for a more challenging personal discipline. Then we take our personal practices out on the road and into the places where we live and work.
We are a Yoga Alliance approved YTT200 program focused on gentle yoga. The program is designed for mature individuals who are very committed to learning and growth. We cover the practical, theoretical, historical, and spiritual aspects of Gentle Hatha Yoga. Yoga experience is required. Training is open to those who want to teach yoga and those who just want to learn more about a very gentle yoga practice.

I took Beth's chair yoga class while pregnant. I loved it. Not too hard but challenging enough. Beth knows what she is doing. Studio is nice, quiet and welcoming. I cant wait to get back for more! Miss you Beth.
