I've been a resident here for about 2 years and my only concern is maintenances slow response to request. One thing I am happy about is the cameras that were finally put into the parking deck. Overall it's very good, the apartments are nice on the inside and it's been a good experience so far. The only thing is when we call about a noise complaint nothing gets done about it.

The apartment complex is very loud at night regardless of if it’s finals week or halfway through the semester. A lot of times I would call the security team and they would quiet it down, but at least twice I called the security team and all they did was knock on the door, didn’t receive an answer, and they walked away and called me back to inform me that they didn’t answer and couldn’t do anything else. I also had one of the security members go to a very loud room where he entered the apartment and continued to party with them rather than having them turn down the volume. The parking garage

This is the worst place for students to live. They tried to charge my cousin, whom is a college student, a cleaning fee to fix, clean, and repaint the apartment when she left the apartment spotless. She had video and photo proof of how she left the apartment, but the “inspector” found otherwise. Once they were accused of having fake evidence they didn’t respond for over a week because they realized that they messed up. On top of that they didn’t even apologize for purposely trying to scam a college student. If they had the ability to do that to her, imagine how many other people they have

Awful place! They do not have trash cans anywhere, not even at the pools!! So there is trash all over the place. Management is very bad, I had been having issues and every person I called gave me a different answer making things very confusing! No one in the office is on the same page, they are rude, and have terrible customer service. Do not move in here! Yes, they are furnished, but the furniture is so cheap it feels like you’re sitting on plastic! They are over priced for what you are paying for. Just go rent somewhere else with better customer service, better quality apartments, and somewhere

I lived at sova since it opened in 2019 and just recently moved out in July of 2021. Sova is extremely beautiful and you’re living amongst people your age in a community but that’s about the best of it. When I first moved in things seemed to be great but shortly after move in my dishwasher broke and instead of them fixing it they brought in a new dishwasher which started a cycle of dishwasher replacements. In total my sister and I had 4 dishwasher replacements in the span of 2 years. There is no consistent maintenance team or anyone who seems to care really. Maintenance request take WEEKS to

Overall SOVA has been good, I have lived here for over a year now. The amenities and apartments are nice and new, the problem can be the rowdiness of College kids. Was here when they had a fiasco where punks kept pulling the alarm everyday finals week. They now have cameras in more places to mitigate this. Solid 4 stars for great customer experience and fun events

Overpriced and office staff has short tempers. They will charge you for any and everything. Area around the apartment is very loud at any hour during the day. The rooms are modern and nice but for the price and what you get, I'd go somewhere else. Keep in mind rent is raised every year here which now reaches up into the $800s
