Been here about 3 months... Overall decent apartments...
Pros:
-moving in was fast for me at least. Only took 1 week.
-affordable. I pay about 1095/mo for one bed 1.5 bath townhouse
-No extra fees so far other than whats clearly established in lease
-water bill decent. $107 was my highest water bill so far
-On site maintenance (slow but I see them working almost daily)
-cuts grass regularly
-The staff are at least in the leasing office daily, some apts don't even have that
-dunno about staff customer service, don't talk to them unless I have to
-dumpsters emptied regularly
-No noise

I’ll give two stars because I am very appreciative to have somewhere to live but DO NOT move here. My water bill has gone from $17 to $102 in the matter of months with little to no explanation. They have also started to implement rules that are not in our lease nor have they sent an addendum for residents to sign. There are missing documents that was a requirement before move-in & now they’re charging $20 if you don’t provide the paperwork to them again.
There’s no need to contact Devonshire Management because they do not return calls or emails. Also, several areas in the apartment home

The 360 North Apartments are wonderful! The management team of Denise and Shelly are great people who are easy to work with! The complex is in a great location which is easily accesible to Hwy 360 and to the Rangers’ new ballpark and Cowboys’ stadium. The Maintenance guys are on top of it and get things done quickly. The complex is very neat and clean and the lawn is kept up with weekly. The pool is nice, clean with sparkling blue water. It is a very quiet safe community with basketball courts! You should move here!

This is one of many poorly managed apartment Complexes in the Metroplex. It is by far the worse, the maintenance team doesn't speak English. I have to call multiple times to have anything fix and the Management is passive and robotic. They sit at their desk and stare at the computer all day and address nothing. They are roach infested and the Pest Control is a joke. The apartment are rundown and the appliances are used and out of date. We moved in our apartment in 2019. The apartment they had to show was on the 5rd floor. I have stage 4 osteo-arthritis. I don't have handicap parking and the apartment

So where to start about this beautiful property !? I’ve had such a great living experience here , I’ve been here 12 years! The property location is perfect right off the 360 highway and for many great things like entertainment, place’s to eat and shop. I can see the texas Rangers fireworks from my balcony . It’s in the middle of downtown Fort Worth and downtown Dallas 20 min drive to both! The property is really taken care of and is noticeable as soon as you enter the gate. The inside of the units are taken care of and really nice, clean and modern. The residents here are all friendly,

Scam! I wish I could give 0 stars
We applied for a 2 bedroom apartment a couple weeks ago. I paid the fees and sent off all the documents they needed. One week we don’t hear anything from the office, the next we get a call saying that they’ve been waiting all day for us to move in, and proceeded to tell me the following week we could move in on Wednesday. (Weird) Since applying they’ve been giving us the run around for weeks claiming that they couldn’t verify income and rental history. Meanwhile our old apartment and current employers haven’t heard anything from three60 north. I finally

My husband and I have lived her for 3 years and it is a nice place to stay compared to the rest of our area. Best rent prices within 10 mile radius. Sometimes there are issues with the water, but the office has given out cases of water bottles multiple times to make up for the fact. I appreciate the dedication everyone has
