I love calling Retreat at Waterside Greene my home the last few years. The location is great, the staff have been nothing but attentive to my needs. The amenities keep getting better. The dog park is a win win. Cortni in the office goes above and beyond. Thank you to all who make living here a treat. Very grateful.

Alisha, Cortni, Fernanda are all amazing! Roger one of the grounds keepers of the complex is awesome! I’ve lived here for three years. There were several changes in management that did not perform at a satisfactory level. Professionalism was non existent. This crew has been very pleasant and continue to go above and beyond for me and many others as tenants.

I am grateful to everyone for their help before and after we moved in. My experience with the sweet people at the leasing office and with the hard-worker and knowledgeable maintenance technicians is outstanding.
Cortni at the leasing office and her manager Alishia are awesome. They went the extra-mile to accommodate all my needs. Cortni went with me several times to show me the apartments. She was very patient and she has always this pretty smile which cheers you up. Also, Carlos, Rogers, and Sebastian - the maintenance people - did not leave until they made sure everything is perfect on the day

Tours are appointment only. Staff is difficult to reach. Staff did not record our appointment and refused to give us a tour after driving all the way out there. Apathetic, act like their time is better than yours or more important, and the apex of unprofessionalism.

Customer service is terrible. No one greeted me when I came in and they were literally going to let me sit there. I had to get up and ask if someone could help me. I don’t even want to rent here anymore off the customer service alone. The apartments look decent but it’s not worth the hassle, especially since I can never get anyone on the phone.

Great maintenance staff, friendly and responsive. You can use a hammock in the sun next to the pond. Very pet friendly. Nice residents, as you meet them while walking your dogs. And the dogs are nice to.
