Cute place for outdoor brunch with a small group of friends willing to spend a little more for vibez~ Located at a corner in downtown Los Altos, this place makes me forget that I'm in Silicon Valley. The eggs benedict I ordered was surprisingly tasty, and my parents who are picky eaters also enjoyed their dishes.

Some other things to consider to manage expectations:
- There aren't that many tables and thus there aren't that many people working. As a result, service may be a bit slow.
- There's one table indoor that can seat a larger party.
- Not all tables will get table cloth

The scenery is very nice and it's very quaint and peaceful area for brunch. Being a South Floridian where brunch usually involve music, I'll say that it was a one and done for me but mainly for other reasons . The food was great and the menu was a typical brunch menu however, I'm not sure how the food was being handled as I paid the consequences later on in the evening. I will be exploring other Brunch options in the Bay Area.

The rating is all because of the bad service. Bad service comment is still an under statement. Food arrived really late in bits and pieces after repeated reminders. After waiting for more than 1 hour for our entree we asked the waiter and his response was "oh , we delayed the food ?" . And I said "Yes, we are hungry, do you know when we will get our food?". He goes "looks like you ate off all the French fries?" we were a large group and I didn't even eat any of those fries). He kept questioning back in an unapologetic manner instead of taking responsibility and

I am giving it 3 stars because the location is nice . Cute boutique hotel right at the beginning of Downtown Los Altos . I've been twice now and the food has always been good .

Now the bad part . The service is not good. Right away a man took our order so it seemed great . We just sat down and already with us . The problem is after we give our order . It took forever to get the drinks but then the food came fast after . But then parts of the meal was missing and I figured they would bring it out and never did . We also wanted a second drink and not once a waiter checked back in with us

Campagne had good reviews according to Open Table and we saw that they had our favorite beignets on their dessert menu so this seemed to be the right place for a romantic date night. There was live music on the patio when we arrived. Our server was great--she would check on us frequently as she also did the table next to us. 5-star service. We were seated next to the fireplace which was a romantic spot. Why not 5 stars? Our food quality was just ok and ambiance was not what I expected for this price point. The lights were full on, so dimming them would definitely help it feel more cozy and

Lovely little boutique hotel. We got a room on the 3rd floor and the ceiling was slanted so it really did feel like a cute tiny top floor room in Paris, haha. The bathrooms have proper modern plumbing and were very clean. The decor is very French---our room had a lot of funny little pictures of dogs dressed up as French humans. Sometimes the decor is a little kitschy, for instance the elevator has a big picture of the Eiffel tower and the word "Bonjour" on another wall. HOWEVER. I am willing to forgive that because this place gave the most amazing complimentary breakfast!!! You can request them

The brunch was incredible! Such great service, beautiful interior, and the food was absolutely delicious. The value is quite good at just $20 a plate for a very high end experience at brunch. I would definitely go back.

If you want something fancy but not Michelin-level, this is a pleasant boutique hotel restaurant.

It's upscale, in a unique "wedge" location in downtown Los Altos.

Service is upscale and professional. Feels more "East Coast" than "West." Food is well-executed but not overly memorable.

Poor service and food is underwhelming to say the least. It's very cute inside and outside but they miss the mark on food and friendly atmosphere

For the money, perhaps the worst dining experience in Los Altos. Soggy crab cakes, burnt coffee, undercooked eggs, disjointed service. I'm ashamed to have paid for the meal, but was eager to leave and find a decent meal elsewhere.

I feel bad giving any place 3 stars, but they could do so much more with a little more effort. First off they have a great location and a beautiful patio. Their ingredients were fresh and the food was decent. However, simple things like cappuccino, latte etc are not on point. Latte was served in a large beer glass with the milk to coffee proportions being off. Cappuccino wasn't the best either and the food could do with a little innovation. It could be a great go to cafe right next door, if they made some changes. They have so much potential!

They good news is they try hard. The less good news is I'd have given 3.5 stars if I could but felt compelled to round up rather down in recognition of their visible efforts.

The location: very nice, in a charming (if oddly located) boutique hotel at the entrance to downtown Los Altos with a nice outdoor patio where most of the action is. (The interior dining space is pretty small by comparison, and with a small bar that holds maybe 3-4 people.)

The food: swing and a miss overall. Escargots, close but no cigar -- at least they tried the classical French presentation but the sauce was

Went here for
Brunch to celebrate Father's Day. Food sounded good on menu, but portions were very small.. Overpriced really as quality and portions weren't that great.. My husband ordered the crab omelette and you could barely taste any crab in it! Haha! Nice location and interior though.. but not worth coming back to...

Excellent food, service, and ambiance. The chef really takes pride in his creations and checks up on his patrons...one of my favorite things about this place is the freshness and quality of every dish they make. Yum!

Very good food, but very poor service. Waiter came by (nearby) only every 5 to 10 minutes, forgot silverware, couldn't open a wine bottle with some soft plastic on it. Left stacks of plates on the end of the table without coming back - left with his hands empty.

Stunning venue! The owners really care about their customers experience! The food was soooo yummy, the bubbles were perfect and service was beyond awesome. The owner himself checked on us multiple times, gave my dog water and even gave us a tour of their hotel! I didn't know this restaurant was a brand new remodeled hotel! Soooo pretty! I can't wait to come back!

My husband brought me here for Valentine's Day and I LOOOOVEED it here. Definitely recommend this place. We are more of steak people but we reluctantly agreed to try the waiter (Kevin) recommendation which we were so glad that we did we loved our dishes wished they never ended! We also loved the wine and crepes! We got 2 different orders of crepes because they were so good! Shout out to all the staff and our waiter Kevin the service was really amazing! Thank you for having us and making our night so special!

I was taken here as a surprise for my birthday. The place is very cute but service was a bit slow. I am hoping that service was slow because they were getting use to the outdoor dining. They may have had more reservations than they expected but I should t make excuses for them.

Food was decent but this is not on my list of I have to go back there.

This review is for their current Covid service. There are only two wait staff so service is very slow even though the restaurant is sparse. They also miscommunicated and my order was wrong. But it's very charming and I do hope they pull it together and make it past this rough patch.

Unique hotel of character and history; dedicated customer service, particularly the evening staff; at time of stay, we were offered a complimentary glass of wine and cheese in the evening, and it wasn't just the "share hotel bottle", but about 15+ wine selections to choose from; also a complimentary robust breakfast was served to order and delivered to the room within minutes of our phone in order; hotel located in the heart of old town Los Altos area with walking-distance shops all around; what a fabulous stay!

This hotel is adorable! We stayed here for our anniversary. Although built recently, the hotel is decorated with antiques and authentic pieces that the owner has collected over the years. We received wine and a cheese plate upon arrival, and loved enjoying breakfast outdoors with made-to-order hot food! Although expensive, would definitely recommend. :)
