STAY AWAY very old buildings with nothing but problems! I’ve lived here for 6 weeks and had to call them 10 times. I haven’t been able to live In my apartment for 2 weeks and now they don’t know how long it will take to fix the current issue. Now I still can’t stay in my apartment. They have offered no help! Pay all this money to not be able to live there! Dump of a place to charge the amount of money that they do!

If u want to pay thousands for an old rundown apartment with fixtures that are repainted over and carpet from the 100+ previous tenants and fake wood cabinets with a leaking AC and smelly washer with windows that leak when it rains and damages your wall and computer then this is the place for you. Other than that stay away from here and get your moneys worth living in a better updated home with clean new carpets, real wood floors/cabinets etc. sadly I’ve spent thousands here and am miserable for the next 6 months.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I woke up today and felt the need to leave a review for Town Square Apartment Homes. I just moved on November 1st, and I have to say one of the best choices I made since moving to AZ! Quite and peaceful area, extremely convenient area mins away from all the stores, food and attractions needed. The staff is super friendly and professional. The maintenance department always comes through quickly, professionally, and on top of things. Thank you all for all you do in the Town Square Apartment Homes Community!

Lived here since 2017, first year was OK - AC leaked multiple times within 6 months a bit to resolve
Moving forward, the upstairs unit's water heater exploded leaking all of its contents into our bedroom
Its a non gated community, great location and since 2017 no incidents have occurred. Plenty of parking. There are much worse places to live, they are not crazy strict as long as you pay your rent on time!

Lived here for a year, move in and out were both easy, nothing that wasnt standard. They didnt try to keep my deposit or tack on stupid fees.
Staff was always nice, maintenance was reasonably quick, property mostly felt nice although the buildings and apartment itself looked a lil old and run down in some places. Nothing crazy for what you're paying.
A lot of pools. Cool parks on either side of complex if you have dogs, jog, etc...
Moved to be closer to work but would live here again!

I just want to take this time, to thank you for being so expeditious in the many requests I've had since I moved in in January. As you know, I have had some difficult times in the beginning and was at my wit's end. Since then I've noticed you guys are right on it from the simplest requests to major. I moved here a year ago. The staff was friendly and very helpful during my move. They do provide fun activities for people staying there. But renters please be aware this is not the best place to live. The first day I move in I seen cops cruisers out side arresting some on the first day. Also the community is not very clean. The people they hire to clean up the grounds just blow dust and leaves over everything over peoples cars. The children that live in this community are not watched so they do run out in front of cars and be in the parking lot. People do have parties and play loud music at night

My AC unexpectedly went out, Shawn the maintenance tech responded in a timely manner. Was understanding about the situation even though he had 2 others ahead of me. Took care of the situation without hesitation, professional and thorough. With the upcoming hotter temps, this is much appreciated.
