Professional Eye Care Center provides pediatric eye exams beginning as early as six months. Your child's appointment will consist of testing visual acuity, color vision and depth perception. To help little ones stay occupied and calm we have a children's playroom with toys, books and videos. Our doctors have incredible patience and an amazing rapport with their younger patients.

I can’t say enough about Professional Eye Care. I had a horrible eye infection over the weekend and called Dr. Santiago, late Sunday night. He offered to meet me first thing Monday morning before the office even opened. After 2 nights of no sleep, I was able to get the correct medication. I am feeling much better and can’t thank Professional Eye Care enough.

The staff is always professional and helpful. In our in person interactions ive never had a problem. However, They seem a little overwhelmed/understaffed. When i arrived for my appointment i had to call 2x from the parking lot before i walked up to the door and someone let me in. Once i got let in i spent the vast majority of my 2 hr appt in the waiting room inside. (I.e. once the tech had finished with me the doctor wasnt ready.) I called to order contacts and no one answered again. I had to call another two times on a different day before i got through to someone. I think its just a tough time

however I was told that my current contacts are unavailable...I asked for my contact prescription so I could search online. I was told they would email it me. I have not received my prescription which by the way has not changed. I have found multiple sites that still have the freshlook colorblends in turquoise. So either mail or email me my prescription or I can stop by and pick it up. thank you

From the first phone call to thinking “wow, these are great” looking through my new specs- this place has been excellent. They have the state of the art equipment to monitor and treat the family eye issues I need to watch. I loved that they gave me information on good eating for eye health and answered my questions completely. Every person I dealt with was great - friendly, professional, and highly competent.

Warning to other customers, once you pick your eye glasses there are NO RETURNS. I was informed that even though my glasses cause extreme pain behind my ears and on the bridge of my nose I’m stuck with them. They were over$700.00 and for that price there should be no pain. I’ve gone for 3 adjustments with each adjustment causing more discomfort. I’m not quite sure how this is okay. I’m highly disappointed!

If I could I would give them a Zero for their lack of customer service. However I would have to give Christina a minus 10 for being rude, ignorant and non carrying. I would also give her a minus 10 for her telephone manners and hanging up on my wife.

My experience at Professional Eyecare Center was beyond exceptional. Dr. Kirscher was great! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a friendly way! The office staff was welcoming and went above and beyond in helping find my perfect fit glasses! I highly recommend this Eyecare center!

Omg, was taken room to room for every type of exam by a technician.
Was told insurance will cover everything.
Unfortunately insurance only covered $75 of the over $500 bill.
Dr Lowe actually told me daily contacts are just a little more than monthly. Totally untrue, as daily lenses are 3x more a difference of $700 more isn't a little.
Never going back, telling lies to their patients unprofessional.

Dr. Lowe is a fantastic doctor that has been treating our family for ten years. She is concerned about health beyond just your prescription and has given us sound advice on diet, screen time, sunglasses, etc. She has a lovely office with state of the art equipment and a great selection of eye wear. Her office staff has been extremely helpful to us, in particular Jonathan who has helped with scheduling and school forms.

Bizarrely bad experience. Made appointment with Dr. Lowe but was given Dr. Banna when I arrived. I was told that Lowe isn't taking new patients. Banna was awkward, kept making what he called jokes about drinking and getting blurred vision, and misdiagnosed me. He told me I had cataracts and vascular changes which I have never been told before. This alarmed me and I saw an ophthalmologist the next day who said none of that was present. At the end of the exam, Banna just told me I was done and I could leave. Since I needed glasses I ended up wandering around the eyewear area and finally asked

Two stars because Dr. Lowe is very nice. The problem is the office staff and the OVERBOOKING! As other reviews have pointed out, this is a 2.5 - 3 hour appointment with no explanations, apologies or anything for the LONG WAIT and no magazines to read while they waste your time. Most of the employees could use manners lessons.
I called to ask how long a yearly eye exam takes and the answer (JONATHAN) was 1 - 1.5 hours. INTERESTING after spending 3+ hours.
Suggestion - When patients arrive for their appointments tell them HONESTLY how long they will be in your office. I'm done with

Dr. Lowe is professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. Her staff, especially Theo, is wonderful! You will receive good customer service (something hard to come by these days) from the moment you walk in the door. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and I am grateful. It had been a few years since my full eye exam. In 2008 I had to go to America's Best after losing both a job and my glasses. The exam was the quickest and least comprehensive I'd received in a long time. But I got what I paid for. In 2011, I felt it was time again, I went middle of the road, but was never really comfortable with the exam, while above the AB exam, still didn't feel as thorough as I wanted. My wife and her best friend both ended up here and I followed after their good experiences.
