The staff is professional, courteous and delivers excellent personalized care to their patients. I want to particularly commend Polina, for accommodating my brother, who is exceedingly hard on his glasses and who needs to be seen frequently. I live out of state and she communicates with me on the phone as soon as anything comes up that requires the staff's attention, so that I never have to worry that my brother's glasses are always in working order, as they fit him into the schedule and give him the extra care he requires. What a wonderful experience! I am not exaggerating: With Polina's excellent help and service, I spent maybe -- MAYBE -- ten minutes choosing the perfect frames and providing the store with all the documents needed to order the lenses. My new glasses were ready in less than a week!!!! Fabulous store. Highly recommended!

My teenage son and I have been going to Evanston Eye Care for the last 5 years. Paulina, who works the front desk and makes all the arrangements has always responded to calls and questions right away. She has gone over and beyond to help us when we had last minute needs. Now that the office is on main street we have also been very happy with Dr. Shapiro.
She is kind and explains things very carefully, leaving the patient time to ask any questions or answer any concerns. Recently I had to pick out frames and was feeling very lost. Paulina spent over an hour listening to what I was looking for helping

Excellent service! I've been coming here for years and it is totally worth it. The owners are fantastic, super helpful with everything, and the Doctor makes you feel extremely comfortable when checking your eyes.
Picking frames is extremely easy with the selection that they have and the staff makes sure that the frame is right for you. I don't plan on going anywhere else!
