I have had my hubcaps stolen from my car and struggle to find parking every night. I actually got my car towed from my own apartment complex funny how that works…??? The other residents that live here are a nightmare. If you are under the age of 30 DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Kids run around in the parking lot unattended also. Overall, terrible experience!

I moved in about a year and a half year ago and everything was great. Management was communicative, leasing agents were very helpful, maintenance was quick. However management switched not long after I moved in which I was not even made aware of. The new management has not been helpful at all. I put in multiple maintenance requests that are never completed (especially annoying since we have roaches all the time). I transferred units in the middle of the month and was charged full months rent for both units. I had to inform the leasing office about this and it took them months to refund me- I had

I want to start with Leslie at the office has been great. Other than that this whole process has been issue after issue. Upon move in (7/24/20) the carpets were stained and dirty. It took multiple calls to the office and finally an email to the property management company to get them cleaned so we could move into the bedrooms. Other issues at move in were the vinyl flooring peeling up and the balcony door hanging off the hinges. They informed us of these issues at move in and let us know they would be taken care of early the next week. Move in was 7/24, as of 8/6 the door is still hanging off the

I have been living at Oakville since May 2019. Initially everything was wonderful; Our unit had been completely renovated and the pricing was great. The management team at that time was exceptional. Always on their A-Game and ready to take care of you at all times.
However, since the change of management I feel like everything has been handled poorly from documentation to maintenance issues. Move here, and you too can have a home with cracks, watermarks, and mold. Also, you'll love their newest amenity, milk-colored water. That's right, folks! Your water will have the same shade and viscosity as MILK. Who knows, you may get lucky enough to contract an eye infection like my roommate did after he took a shower this morning. When I first signed, I had relatively no issues that weren't immediately addressed. But these past few months, it has been a nightmare. It's like pulling teeth trying to get any information out of management, including the basic paperwork regarding lease renewals. I have had to go in office multiple times to get the basic renewal email because they kept sending me someone else's lease even after I corrected them multiple times.

The staff is wonderful and the complex is very understanding but Lord the tenets here are not nice at all....Not sure if we just live on an awkward corner of the apartment complex but if you want super rude neighbors that park in front of your garage night and day, several people stomping up and down the stairs 24/7, and loud inconsiderate people making noise at the wee hours of the night, and the lovely sight of dog poo lining the trails that my kids hate to walk on now because it's littered with poo and liquor bottles this is the place for you. It's sad to see people not care about

Experienced sinus problems for two months until discovering black mold in the vents. Never received a follow up from the office after the vent was replaced. Photo attached.

-They gave me an apartment that looked nothing like the photos online. I expressed my concern and was told to apply for a new apartment by submitting a 2nd application and pay an additional $100. Why would I have to pay an additional $100 for an apartment I thought I was moving into in the first place? After 6 days, I decided to go with the new unit. By that time, the leasing office had already rented the unit

Hi! We haven't even been residents for a month but I can already say once our lease is up I would be thrilled to sign again! So far everything has been wonderful. Leslie, our leasing agent is amazing! She's kind, professional, knowledgeable and no matter what will make it happen for you! The process of signing a lease and the approval process can be daunting but not here! Leslie did it with ease for us! What a treat she is to this community! The entire staff is amazing! I am delighted with my apartment. Feels like a house/home. Floor plan is great and roomy. Location to the park could not be more convenient. The grounds are peaceful and well kept. The staff is outstanding. Leslie, Jodie, and Angel have been so friendly and quick to respond to any request. Jodie has received my many questions and been so patient and kind. All the staff make you feel appreciated as a tenant....not another person to be dealt with. I am so grateful I found Oakville.

If you like kids running up and down your stairs shaking your bedroom wall, small dogs barking nonstop practically from all sides of you, lawn service that goes from 7-11:30 and literally no parking for under $30/month, live here!! As I sit here writing this review, I can hear the entire conversation of the neighbors in their backyard (we are directly behind a neighborhood so their backyards are literally lining half of this complex).

The entire staff and management team are top notch! They are happy to assist in a timely and professional manner with all issues and questions. The property is fantastic and right next to a beautiful hiking trail. Friendly neighborhood. Dog park is awesome and they have fun community events. I have lived here for 9 years and it is better than ever now that Knightvest has taken over management and Candice has become the property manager. =)

This property management company is the absolute worst. I've never had any issues with living here, as I've been a resident for 5 YEARS, until our community was bought out and the name was changed to Oakville. We were known as Bell Tech Corridor prior to the change, and something else before that. I've had numerous issues with my AC not cooling properly this year, and management refuses to replace it, advising it's just Texas heat. I'm a Texas native, Austin raised, it isn't just the "Texas heat". My key fobs also do not work on the side gate that they lock

Update -- Oakville apartment is a very nice place to live at. I've been here almost 1 year. The management team is very professional and always respond promptly. If you send a request, usually it can be solved just within a couple of hours even during the pandemic time. The common area is taken care of very well, very clean, nice looking. They trim plants regularly and add more resting chairs etc. in the community. I love lots of trees here. I enjoy looking at squirrels jump on the trees from my balcony. It's adjacent to Rattan Creek park, which is a huge plus. Also, I feel it's very safe here

Before I toured Oakville Luxury Apartment homes I was getting frustrated by the application process for other apartments. I was referred to Oakville not expecting anything different but was fortunately surprised to have Leslie as my leading agent for the day. She gave me a tour within an hour of contacting her and was very personable. She's genuine and you can feel her authenticity when she speaks about the property. My first time renting an apartment. Rob Grogan, the Austin Apartment Guy, helped me to locate Oakville. Moved here from Colorado, and needed a place close to work. I feel very at home in my unit. After looking at many, I stopped looking after visiting Oakville. The leasing staff was kind and patient with me. I moved in while remodeling was going on, and from what I've seen, it looks great! Staff is friendly and usually work quick on service requests, but they are letting the pool go down quick. Last time it was cleaned was a month ago when the management organized a pool party. Walls in the pool are moldy, light is completely out and is an electrical hazard. It is a shame, especially because they say they are fixing the pool area but they’ve stopped working on it since the pool party.

Please look at the other bad reviews, because I went through the same thing as them. We're not lying when we warn you to turn away! I don't know who paid the other people to write good ones but they're not true.
We were charged incorrectly, a total of 900.00 fees that were not RIGHT.
Jeramy is a crook! He's so arrogant and unprofessional!
- he tried to say my former marine boyfriend fraudulently paid someone to make "fake" certificates for his support animals. HOW INSULTING!!! We did come up with all the "required" documentation

Another update. As stated by Brooke S with Oakville, the contractor was again supposed to replace the vents but that fell though AGAIN. After speaking with the manager on Friday 8/9, I was told the contractor would be here Monday morning (8/12) to replace the vents because he ordered them and just got them in. Well, it's Monday and guess what, he's not here. I did get this email though:
"Hope you had a great weekend! I spoke with my construction manager this morning about the plans we have with Tyrone for your apartment, he does not believe

I've lived here over two years and Oakville Apartments has made several improvements to promote a better living community. The staff has always addressed my requests and the maintenance crews respond to repairs quickly. This location has some of the best garages I've ever seen from an apartment. Great view of the pool.
