Overall I love the aesthetic of the apartments, the 24 hour amenities as well as the pool everything from the staff to the maintenance is great had an issue with the dryer in my unit my first week here an it was fixed in less then a week the only thing I think they should really be more particular on is the roommate matching… roommates are nothing like what I put in my application, 0 in common, I suggest being Adamant with staff when it comes to filling out the roommate matching test. Other then that great apartments for a great price

I absolutely love the gather. the places are renovated and clean and the staff is super friendly. The front office staff including Marquita Kierra and David have been super friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is also extremely helpful and very responsive. Hands down one of the best decisions I’ve made is moving there. If I had to describe the place in one sentence. A friendly safe place to call home 🏠

I lived at Gather Southern during August 2020-June 2021. In January 2021, maintenance stole out of my apartment. Gather Southern and the property owners allowed the person who stole from my apartment to freely enter other resident’s apartment without any repercussions. I have obtained legal counsel to rectify the issue at hand. They took no responsibility or action. And has ignored me and even charged me move out fees in light of this. Do not live here. They take advantage of their residents and put them in harms way and should be held liable for not protecting their tenants.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! I was promised so much when we came for a tour, all of it was complete lies. I pay for parking here, but there is NEVER a parking spot which was promised to me if you pay. The gates to the parking lots do not work, so anyone can easily access your car. Maintenance took over a month and a half to come to my apartment after I put in the request. Every single thing they tell you on the tour they give is a lie. They told me my apartment would look way differently than it does. They told me if I requested to have furniture taken out before I moved in it would be gone on move in day

Have to post this review since apparently we don’t have a Gather Southern-specific manager anymore? So all of the issues I thought were being addressed have come back and there is no one here full-time to help with all the crazy things that are going on: out-of-control tenants, no fire extinguishers in more than half of the apartments (as told to me by a maintenance worker), sporadic garbage pickups, constant extension of the deadline for when we’ll get the $300 Amazon gift cards we were promised if we signed our leases by March. It’s October…I am so disappointed and upset. The security

Do not stay here! I spend the summer of 2019 at these apartment and had a terrible experience! I was asked to pay my rent upfront because it was just two months and I did. Now I am trying to purchase a car & house only to find my credit ruined by Gather Southern. I have opened TWO dispute claims with the TWO different agencies they have hired to collect debt that has already been accounted for. I believe they are taking advantage of student that don’t keep their receipts. Thank God I did! The office is super unorganized and I can’t believe they sent me to collections over fees that I paid.
