Came in for a apartment tour, and it was he first time I did a tour solo. Which made the experience different. I liked touring the apartments solo, the grounds are very well kept together, and the ladies in the office were really nice. I did like how they had Amazon lockers in the property and that the office is inside the gates. Most properties that I have toured the office is outside the gates. I just wished the unit I really liked had more than one closet, that was the only negative.

Their entrance gate has been wide open for over 2 weeks! Which after hearing about a resident that was hit and robbed in their parking lot about a month ago its no wonder why now.I wouldn't want to live in these apartments if they can't fix something as important to my safety and security like the gates/gates.

If you are anxious to be treated rudely and like you are an imposition, by all means visit here. The young girl at reception was completely lacking in manners, courtesy, and friendliness. She has zero people skills and should never be in the position of being the first person with whom you come in contact. If she isn't the granddaughter of the owner, I cannot imagine why she was hired. Needless to say, I will not rent there and would not recommend the Silverado based on interacting with her.

If I could give lower than 1 star I would they literally harass me about a mask as soon as I walked in and the managers didn't even have one on. Then after I pointed it out they proceed to show me the mask on their desk as if it was some sort if trophy. Then they asked me to go buy a mask and step outside. Very rude & unprofessional people. Do not rent here.

I have absolutely loved living at this complex for the past 2+ years. I recently received a new job offer outside of Houston, so I will be moving soon. The complex is really clean and the Amazon Hub lockers are a HUGE plus if you order online often. The office staff are always friendly and professional. Maintenance staff are efficient and requests are fulfilled within a day. The only concern I have for anyone thinking of moving here is that the parking is a bit limited so just be mindful of that. Other than parking, this complex is amazing!

This was by far the best experience I've had with an office staff during my apartment hunt. From the 1st day I called and inquired until i moved in yesterday these 2 ladies, Claudia and Carla have been great. I told them what i was looking for and i got exactly that, plus they text me daily during my application process and made sure everything was great. I'd looked at other complexes and the office staffs were rude and acted like you were bothering them and didn't have time to return your call. I've only been here a couple of days but i can't say enough nice things about this place and the staff

We have been here for a couple of months and let me say it has been horrible! We got a 2 bedroom and are paying over 1,000 a month, but ever since we moved something is always wrong! At first our a/c would break down every single week, it wasn't until I contacted corporate that maintenance decided to do something, but we literally went 2 months with the a/c breaking down every other day. Now about a month ago we discovered a huge hole in my sons room, since he doesn't sleep there we had not noticed we contacted the office immediately since we also saw rat droppings!!! They keep doing

Omg where do I start. I regret coming to this place, my car got broken into. They stoled everything from my car !!! My purse, computer everything because the gate was broken (for 5 month!!!). I couldn't pay rent on time because I didn't have my credit card or an ID to go to the bank because everything was stolen. I went to the office and explained the situation guess what they didn't care !!!!! All they wanted was their money. PICTURES ARE BELOW OF THE SO CALL REPAIRS THEY DID...I lived here back in 2013 & my experience was great but this time not so much. I have had 2 leaks in my ceiling since 11/2017 & they literally came out & cut a piece of cardboard out and put it over the leaks. The AC continuously goes out, there were squirrels in the roof in the walls pulling at my cords in the wall. Maintenance & the manager Claudia was made aware of this months ago but nothing was done. Overcharges unsuspecting residents. Glad I have been paying a fraction of the amount for the same services in other places since I left. I have requested an explanation multiple times and did not receive a response or an explanation. They say they will use a collection agency or other means when they are asking to pay money on time, but they refuse to respond when asked about an explanation for the charge. Stay here if you want to always be on guard about being charged for more than an honest amount and never receive a response or an explanation for it.

Nadia was a great leasing consultant, she got all of my paperwork in all in one following day. I submitted my application on a Friday and was able to move in that following Tuesday, when I had a problem with my AC unit, maintenance came to my apartment within 20 minutes. The grounds are well kept and there are hardly any alley cats. The apartment community overall is great, no noisy kids screaming, cussing, or running outside my unit.

Can't complain being a Cat 5 Hurricane nearly took this place to Atlantis under the sea. Natasha is the community manager and has been great since I moved here a few days after the Hurricane (Harvey). The Hurricane damaged the leasing office and the lounge along with the fitness center and the card machine (to which to need for laundry). I didn't have a card and last week I was told I can go to the apt. community next door to get a Laundry Card. I just took my stuff to the laundry mat a few minutes away. I am pleased with my apt. I had one issue with a cabinet door and it was fixed in

Natasha and Claudia were helpful with answering any questions or addressing issues that arose even in difficult conditions. I am quite pleased with the service that they provided.
Maintenance has been good and response promptly. My only issue re: grounds maintenance as some residents do not pick up their dog feces and it's the same offenders over and over. Being that I live right beside a "pet" station it can get overwhelming at times. I would suggest investing in some webcams!
Overall its quiet and very pleasant to live here.
I rate 4 stars only because of the repeat inconvenience

Eh I mean I would move back if I had to. It wasn't THAT bad.
I had leaks. My dishwasher always broke. My neighbors sounded like they'd go through the ceiling.
My worst thing was management acting like you were a problem. They refused to do a walk through with me my last day. Finally agreed after I was getting loud in front of new tenants.
I lived by the exit gate, but I liked that for safety reasons. I do think they should have a larger washeteria. I never rented because the w/d connects were in the closet where there is carpet.

I finally moved out. Another reviewer pointed out there is a foundation problem. That is completely true along with other structural problems, problems they cannot fix while you are living there. Looks like stuff gets caulked and painted over. In the four years I lived here, over time cracks formed in the walls and ceiling (I'm sure they were masked when I moved in). Most of the time when it rained, the rain seeped in through the windows and saturated the carpet (I had a lot of stuff that got ruined, too). Plumbing is terrible. Great location and surprisingly quiet for our duration. We ended up extending our stay her to about 8 months. The admin/office team were wonderful, Natasha and Claudia were on point with answering any questions or addressing issues that arose for us. I am quite pleased with the service that they provided us with.

APARTMENT ITSELF: the cost of a modern one day apartment is equivalent to a two bedroom here. Why? Outdated appliances = rent being lowered. They have the option of switching your appliances for $50 more in rent a month if you're interested in that. it's spacious but ceiling is a bit low in the one bedroom we viewed. We ended up with the two bed for more space. And no issues with it. Our home looks nice.

I like the fact I can pay my rent online. Maintenance can sometimes take days but the job gets done. Parking is terrible, we need more parking spaces. I always have to park on the street. Overall, I haven't had any major issues yet. It's a good place to live. Area is nice and not too far from everything.

The location was super close to work and is relatively safe. The price range is very good for the location. The staff is helpful, patient, and professional. I felt safe there. Also I pretty much left my apartment for 1 month and thankfully everything was as i left it. I highly recommend this place. The community is older but that is ok especially for the price range.

Please for the love of all that is good and holy do not waste your time and money at this location. I have had a headache from the first day i moved in. The front office have never heard anything called customer service. They are rude, especially Claudia Rodrigez, who is now the new manager (ugh). They have had a few joke examples of customer service representatives. When you place a work order, sometimes its not submitted to the tech or the techs just go and say its complete and never stepped a foot in your apartment. The buildings are falling apart. And when you report this, they come and paint
