My review will be about my experience with the leasing office in the Estuary Apartments:
I have contacted them via filling an online form and got a response from Jeryline in a couple of hours asking for the details about my apartment needs and search. She gave me details about available or potentially available apartments that fit my criteria. She was very responsive during my apartment search, I believe we exchanged at least 10 emails, and I got all the answers not only regarding Estuary apartments but also about the Weehawken area. In addition, she was very transparent about all the fess or

Love it here!! Everyones been fantastic beyond words, so I’m very grateful!:) Lots of great benefits here, aside from being a short commute to work in Manhattan. The apartment has a lot of great amenities, and they’re well-maintained. Reception staff are all very friendly and pay great attention to us, including knowing apartment we’re from prior to us telling us them. It’s very impressive and goes to show how attentive they are! Office staff are all very helpful, caring, and welcoming. They don’t make you feel intimidated to ask questions. Maintenance team responds quickly to repairs

I am happy living in Estuary. The amenities are world-class. The property management is excellent and responsive. The close proximity to transportation made my commute to NYC easy. Ramel and the rest of the team were of a great help and responsive to any questions or feedback.

3 year resident. Beautiful property, friendly neighbors, and an A+ maintenance team that responds quickly and are just generally wonderful people. Sellena has been excellent to talk to at lease renewal time and has been a great help in making everything smooth. The rest of the office team really put in a lot of effort and it's appreciated. Special shout out to the amazing women and men who keep the buildings clean, they're fantastic and we love them.

Theirs a lot included.
However, it's overpriced for the room sizes. The pool sounds like a nightclub each night and the staff is consistently rude and sometimes no one is at the front or 5 ppl not knowing what they're doing. Move along.

The customer service that Estuary provides to their tenants and potential renters is above and beyond. Both of the leasing professionals I worked with were knowledgeable, understanding, accommodating to unique circumstances. The experience of applying and signing with them was fast and easy. They were also always available for questions and quick to answer via email and phone.

I have been living at the Estuary for over two years now. I have had multiple apartments in different cities over the past few years, and none has felt like home as much as the Estuary has! The management team is extremely helpful and considerate— especially Marina! She recently helped me to transfer to a different apartment, and thanks to her, what could have been a stressful process was so much easier. So happy to call this place my home! Thank you to the whole team including housekeeping and the front desk crew as well! Appreciate you all so much.

Beware! Your few thousand dollars you pay in monthly rent only will cover the 4 walls in your apartment. This apartment complex now nickels and dimes every resident for every single utility. (This wasn't the case the first 4 years I resided here) now I know it's time to get out!

Here is a list of utilities you will pay extra each and every month on that is not included in your rent:

Alarm Income- $20, non-negotiable even if you do not use or set up the alarm system.

Sub metered water service

Allocated sewer service- This is a new expense they threw on us about a year ago. Allocated

DO NOT move here, the residents are very rude. Due to Covid 19 you can not use amenities. Staff is very rude . Floors were cleaned but no sign put up. Tenants bully new tenants. Unaware of certain policies and never received them , yet penalized for not following every Code. Air conditioning unit constantly breaks. It looks beautiful but it's like an antique. You can just look at the place you can't and don't have the right to enjoy it.

I was at the estuary with my sister over the weekend, we were minding our own business and being quiet and tanning maintaining social distancing rules when residents grabbed our belongings while we were using the grill and threw them in the trash, they made racial slurs, and this is all on my iPhone. When I reported the instance to management they instead removed us from the area and banned us completely from the pool because guests are not aloud but why give two pool rubber bracelet passes if they don't mean anything ? We are classy quiet crowd who mind our own business and pay rent just

I have been a resident for over 3 years. The negative comments others have made about Greystar property management is totally true. They make ridiculous rules and threats. There is no loyalty as far as lease renewal. The way they approach their business is very unprofessional. Response times from the leasing office are completely inconsistent. It can range from one hour to get a response to weeks. Currently, the assistant manager is on vacation, and the manager is paternity leave. There is currently no one on site to escalate to and you have to jump through hoops to speak with Christina P. The

So many good things to say! We actually lived here from 2016-2018, moved to Brooklyn and found out we were expecting and moved back! You can't beat the amenities and cleanliness of these apartments. On top of that, Marina Pepe made moving a complete BREEZE. We actually did it all via email and saw the unit the day we moved in because she was so thorough and efficient sending pictures/measurements of anything and everything we asked for. I have never leased somewhere with such quick response time. She also followed up the day we moved in and the days following to make sure everything was perfect

The management here do not care about your safety at all!!! My dog was attacked on the property and the dog that attacked him attacked multiple dogs. I've gone to management multiple times and they told us that their lawyers would handle it. It's been 3 months and these people are still here even a class action law suit. I will now be moving out because I do not feel safe nor do I trust anything that management says or does. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

This review is pending for a long time. I live in Estuary for a long time.

Pros:

Proximity to NYC: This place is so close to NYC with amazing bus services during the morning and evening commute. So, it takes 15 - 20 minutes to be in Port Authority if there are no traffic jam on the tunnel. Sometimes buses are busy and there is a long queue, but 3 or 4 buses come at a time and clear the queue. This building has amazing NYC views and views from some of the apartments are breath taking.

Apartments: The layouts of the apartment are good with adequate closet space as well as all apartments have

As a local Realtor I deal with all of the rental buildings from Hoboken to Fort Lee, NJ. Estuary is without a doubt one of my favorite buildings to deal with by far! For me getting my clients the best available home with the best service is a priority and Estuary delivers every time for myself and my clients!
Leasing Professional Jordan Graf is the newest addition to the team and she has been an amazing addition to say the least! She is extremely professional and knowledgable and perhaps most importantly Jordan is helpful beyond measure! Jordan has gone above and beyond to always help me get my

So convenient to edgewater, Hoboken and jersey city. Dog friendly - no breed restrictions! Estuary aims to please - life is easy living over here!

My wife and I are going on 3 months now living at Estuary. Wanted to wait to write a proper review. There is no place on Earth that will ever be the 'perfect' place to live. Some of the negative comments from other current & former residents on here are far-reaching and pretty childish, and sound more like an axe to grind than helping to give an idea of living here. I'll give you a TRUE picture of life here. I hope my legit review of the good and the bad is useful!

Now, yes, the community does have its flaws: such as not enough guest parking; no weight limit on dogs and some

More rules than a PRISON! Management actually asks residents to send in formal complaints about each other - turning neighbors into enemies.
"Quiet Time" from 10pm - 8am daily. Mgmt will threaten tenants with their final warnings, security, maintenance & legal team regularly. There is no privacy living here. Some loser is always watching, filming or taking pictures to tattle to management.
NO GUEST PARKING! Some residents are sneaking their friends and family in the paid/private parking garage causing CHAOS. People are so desperate for a spot since Estuary expects guests to walk

Seems nice at first until they suddenly jack your rent by $1000. Neighbors complain a lot, repairs are like pulling teeth, and they treat you like you're lucky to be living there.

Avoid it.

Sitting by the pool on a Saturday, laptop, wifi, hot tub, view of the city...this is the best way to start the weekend.

We love living here - I've been in a few different complexes (Boston area) since graduating college, and my initial move to NJ was renting a condo in Hoboken from private owners. After two and a half years there, enjoying all the perks of the walkable, drinkable, unparkable city...Weehawken, though only just next door, offered an open feel that we didn't really know we were missing until we got it.

We are close enough to Hoboken to go back in, a few minutes from
