I wish I could give them a zero star but well...I lived in this apartment complex for 2 years and 4 months and paid $2,219.00 per month and was never late on my dues. When I moved out, they demanded $1273.36 which included my $500 security deposit and $773.36 for alleged damages.
The bathroom/shower floor was from wood planks and as would normally happen it was deformed and changed its shape and look due to moisture and water drops. Question - who would install wood floor in shower room? But they did knowing it would be damaged over time. For this they are demanding $322.00 to replace the wood

Johnny, the manager of the Grove apartment is rude and condescending. Once I entered the swimming pool area 5 minutes before the pool time to which he misbehaved with me. He very rudely yelled at me and asked me to step out the pool area. I told him that I'm happy to follow rules if asked politely. There was no need to yell. After living in this community for 3 years, for the first time I felt unfriendly and unwelcoming and so my husband and I left this community.

Wow! I have to say the customer service I received while touring this property was second to none. I had some questions that the really nice ladies in the front were unsure of so they called the manager out. I believe her name was Catie. She has the most awesome personality and she was super helpful. I called my wife and we are going to tour again so that she can experience what I did. The welcoming atmosphere of the office team has made my mind up on where my next move will be.

My overall experience at the Grove has been pleasant. Management has done a wonderful job with any issues I have presented and have promptly addresses them. Brian in the leasing office has been great. From touring me on my first visit, to the lease signing, and to the seemless move in process, he has been wonderful. Brian is courteous and professional and has made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. Any issues I have had Brian made sure to handle it. I highly recommend the Grove. Reach out to Brian he'll get the job done!

I do not recommend this place. My husband and I came for a tour and Brian showed us 1 staging and 1 actual apartment that was for rent. Right after we came back home, Brian called us and said that someone else just applied for this place, but we can apply for a similar apartment that he refused to show us at any cost. To the logical question "how can I apply for something that I didn't see?" Brian replied that it's impossible to show the actual apartment because people live there. Eventually, he told us that we can apply for the flat that magically was available again, but the rent price will be

I received a great service from Brian Brown and the team. Brian has given me and my father one of the best experience of leasing a new apartment. He was friendly, helpful, and answer all my questions. Brian didn't give me any hassle during the process and is willing to make the deal work. He made the process very smooth. After we finish our paperwork, Brian make sure if we have any last questions before we leave. I could not express how much he made the leasing experience great.

Brian in the Leasing Office is awesome. When I went to the property to check out apartments, he was great with customer service, was really nice and polite and extremely knowledgeable about the different apartment styles, and amenities. I had checked out a few other properties before coming to The Grove, (and had actually already thought I decided on a different place prior) but Brian changed my mind with the second apartment style he showed me and I fell in love with the property. His enthusiasm and ability to relate and hold a conversation definitely help.

I have been living here now for 5 months. This review is the real deal.
The guys up front are awesome and very friendly. I have no complaints about them. They are always helpful. I have had two or three repairs, all were completed within two days. It was a completely hassle free process.
The buildings themselves are a little ugly on the outside, but grounds are well maintained, and all of the washer/dryers have been replaced. My unit is a good size (My husband and I are in the "coconut" floor plan) and I love that they are pet friendly, it was surprisingly hard to find pet friendly apartments
