Had a good stay a Pentagon Apartments for the time we stayed there. The grounds were well maintained and the neighbors were good! Not a lot of loud noise but if there is the windows/doors are pretty soundproof so you can barely hear a thing. Our appliances worked well during the time we were here; the plumbing and water temperature was good in our 2nd floor unit. One thing I appreciate was the amount of storage we got even though it was a 1 bed 1 bath!
Maintainence people for the complex are very nice and friendly as well. Parking might be a little tight at night on the street if you only have

Horrible management
I made an appointment after speaking with a representative over the phone who clearly confirmed availability with specs. Raced over to get there in time for my appointment. After reaching there was an asian guy who was so rude and just dismissed the appointment by saying “the person you spoke to on the phone was our temp agency and they dont know what’re talking about” which irritates me that I wasted time in driving there to findout there wasnt an availability or place to look at. Pls look elsewhere if you can.

The ratings online don't look too well but speaking from experience I love it here. I have a renovated 1 bed 1 bath & its beautiful. The The area is very convenient as we have so many stores & schools near by. The management are super friendly & always there to help if I have any issues.. even the maintenance guy is awesome! Moving here from another city was a bit scary but management has made everything such a smooth transition. My neighbors are also quite considerate, the area is usually quiet. If your doubting this place due to the old reviews, please don't.

Roberto, as a Manager for Pentagon Apartments is amazing. He always understand your issue and help resolving it to his best.
I lived in the facility for about 1.5 yrs and never had an issue with the management.
Roberto helped me, by going out of the way, when I had to break the lease in between as I was moving to other city. He spoke to the management company (fuller enterprises) and explained my situation. Though I had to pay 2.5 months of the rent as penalty, which was less than the amount I expected, he made sure and kept his words to get my Apartment rented out as soon as he could (this saved

The new manager he is really nice understanding and really friendly plus he is a Christian always attended to everything we need to fix in our apartment this apartment its a familia place everyone great U really great plus out new manager he always friendly I was rung about him at first but when I get to now him and the lady they are so niece people to talk to and always listening to us u did a great job by placing a great manager like him ..
