If I could give zero stars, I would! The worst apartments ever! Beware! They raise the rent and don't perform any maintenance requests. Our dishwasher has been broken for over 2 months now, washing machine is leaking, ice maker has been working off and on/ on the fritz the whole 2 years we have lived here. If you want your air filters/ water filter replaced, good luck! If they do replace them, they use the cheapest of the cheap filters. Also, they do not perform snow removal from the parking lot and sidewalks, it's very dangerous to live here during the winter time.

Nice apartment in a convenient location. However getting maintenance is a BIG hassle! For 2 weeks now, our dryer has been broken and we have been getting the run around from corporate and the front office. Not to mention, that our water filter in our refrigerator has been out for 2 months and still has not been changed! We have put in several service request for both of these issues. Beware!!

If I could give these apartments 0 stars I would. But I cannot, so I give you a one... I moved in to this "gated" community about 10 months ago, and have yet to see it in use. Maintenance and security here is practically nonexistent. Staff are inattentive and indifferent. Currently outside there is a shattered porch light with one sharp piece of glass hanging on. I have called 5 times, made 6 maintenance requests, and to this day, it has yet to be fixed. Speaking of calls, they do not ever respond to voicemails and hardly answer the phone. And to top it off, any time you call with inquiries

The noise here is unbearable sometimes while I’m trying to work from home. I can hear my neighbors 24/7 when their kids run up and down the stairs, when they run around their unit, close cabinets, and when they even talk. We’ve reported this twice to management. The internet lags so bad. We are definitely going to be looking for another place to… live. Not worth the amount that’s charged a month. Before we moved here we even asked if there was a family that lived in the unit next to us and said there was hardly any noise complaints in our apartment building. I would definitely

Great communication, great staff office and maintenance.. grrat amenities and smart home . Spacious 2 bedroom to put all my newly order furniture and merchandise. Only thing i have a issue with is water pressure i wish it was more powerful no big deal foe some i just like it like that . Toilet and shower.. my daughter loves the park. I normally don’t review places that I’m not actively renting from but I had to post something about these apartments because I had such a pleasant experience. I initially spoke to Kiara and was so happy with her professionalism and enthusiasm. She had answers for every question that I had. I’m not sure what position she is at the property, but she is AMAZING. My friend called again later in the afternoon and spoke to Keith, who was just as friendly and knowledgeable! I would definitely check this property out if you’re looking for a new place to live because the service is incredible.

Saddens me to write this but have to tell the truth. Moved here 2 years ago and we absolutely loved the property although walls our super thin and there's no insulation it didn't bother us because we lived on the third floor and we love the floor plan but I'm pretty sure our neighbors hear everything.

The people in the office are friendly, very courteous to my family’s situation. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kiara and Carmen. Kiara was very bubbly and answered all of my questions by quick email response or a call. They made moving in easy.The day it came to moving in to the apt, Carmen greeted us with a huge smile and let me tell you that didn’t happen at the last place I lived. All in all 10/10 service. The area is beautiful and the office goes above and beyond. Thank you very much for your time and effort. (Also the pool is a very nice plus and gym)

I've lived here for nearly 2 years and really do love it. My experience has been great. I love my floor plan and how it doesn't feel like an apartment inside. I love the giant sunny windows and being able to watch the sunrise from my bed. I've lived in a lot of apartments that did the job as far as providing a safe and comfortable shelter, but it's nice to have that and all the added luxuries from living in a newer smart apartment. Pretty happy I found it!

I just moved to Sierra Vista last week, and the apartment is absolutely stunning. I am in love with everything about the apartment, from the many windows and great light, to the well thought out floor plan, and large bathroom. I'm on the third floor, so I cannot comment about any noise (other than the occasional vibrating sound of what is either a dryer or dishwasher); in fact, it's been incredibly quiet and I am very pleased. The pool and community area (beside the gym) are currently closed - maybe this is covid, maybe this is winter, maybe it's both - I'm not sure because I was never told much

Moved here from Hillsboro, OR and the transition was amazingly easy thanks to Reece. I originally applied to move in October 15, 2020 and within a week changed my move date to a month early (09/15/2020). Reece made it all possible in such a short notice and was very prompt and professional to work with.
The apartment is beautiful and very spacious, the smart features and amenities are very convenient. Its not often that I move in to an apartment that is as advertised or look like its model when touring but this one is as advertised. Super clean and new inside out, thank you Sierra Vista, Reece

The only problem I have is the property management. Noise complaints go no further then a courteous call. Which is slap on the wrist. I have call and emailed numerous times about noise in quiet time after 9pm. After every complaint issue would come back after a couple of days. The offending neighbor knows nothing will be done as it has gotten worse. I CANT recommend living here.

While they brag about their 1000MB Internet, you will NOT get 1000MB and they will NOT fix it. Gigamonster technician was out a few times and finally told me that their equipment can NOT handle the 1000MB… service. He tried to up sell me to better equipment to be able to get what I was paying for which is included in rent and NOTHING you can do about it. In a 3 bedroom apartment, the router doesn’t reach the 2nd and 3rd bedroom with the 5G signal. Again, they say it it normal, it is not! AT&T does not have this problem in a 2300 SQ FT house, how is it a problem is a 1300 SQ FT

THIS RATING DOES NOT REFLECT ON THE LEASING OFFICE OR THE MAINTENANCE CREW, CUZ THEY ARE AWESOME. IT IS SOLELY TO THE QUALITY OF THE APT BUILDINGS ITSELF.

BUT too bad no sound isolation was done to it whatsoever( Not even a little). And the lack of carpet (Only bedroom has carpet) also doesn't help with the sound isolation. 12/13/19 update: got the pathetic amount of what was left of my deposit bc I was told the little screw holes for mounting pictures, etc wouldn't cost me much. They charged me $50 for that when I told them I could have patched it up before I left. They will also get you for carpet cleaning and professional cleaning (not that you have much of a choice bc you have to get professional cleaners). It's sad because I took really great care of my place thinking I would get at least half back but not even close! But to top it all off, I get a bill from direct tv after I've not been there

I really would not recommend this apartment complex if you're looking in South Reno. The flooring is so cheap it honestly feels like a sticker was placed on concrete. In the words of Cher Horowitz from "Clueless" this apartment complex is a full on Monet.... meaning from far away it looks nice but up close it's a big 'ol mess.
When I moved out they tried charging me a cleaning fee even though we hired a professional cleaning company and supplied the office with receipts showing this was done. They also had other charges on the bill that I had to call about and was told

My roommate and I moved into the Sierra Vista Apartments in August 2018. We were very excited to move to this new complex and initially had a great experience with the on site management team. Maintenance was prompt and the office staff was easy to reach at that time. Upon move in we walked around the property and happened to meet the construction contractor. He told us to beware of the flooring and the cabinets due to the cheap and poor quality of the materials. He gave us tips on preserving these things and thus we went in knowing to be careful. We had a good experience living in the complex

When we selected Sierra Vista, we were concerned about returning to an "apartment style" living. We have resided in our new home for one week, and we are impressed with the quality construction, low noise from neighbors, and the overall spaciousness of the home. In comparison to other luxury apartments, there is significant space between buildings, and plenty of visitor parking near our home. The energy efficiency is spot on... haven't had the heat on yet in this cooler fall weather. Very impressed.

We fell in love with the floor plan #4, Tioyabe. This plan fit what we were looking for in a new home.
The apartments being brand new and the very open floor plans sold us. The kitchen alone has more cabinet and counter space than I know what to do with. The bare floors are so much easier to maintain. What little carpet we do have, in the bedrooms, make our life easier.
The fact that it is a smart home and we can control the lock, lights and thermostat when we are a way is just another selling point. And

The office staff is awesome! The apartment looks great, until you realize that all appliances are supper cheap. My refrigerator's ice machine and water was not working upon moving in two weeks ago. Direct TV was not installed for days, and they did not have the proper equipment upon final installation. The very cheap washer is not balance and makes awful noises. Upon move in - the apartment was filthy from construction dust. I cleaned it myself. The blinds are very cheap and the water pressure on my third floor unit is horrible. I am generous with two stars and those are for the staff

Apartment and facilities are great but the management is dishonest. We had a death in family do asked if we could delay our move in for a couple of weeks. They were super nice about it, but then they tacked on an extra full month at the end of the lease that we don't need and they never explained. I explained situation and they refused to make the change. Bottom line is that instead of paying for 2weeks at beginning of our lease we couldn't use, we will now be paying for four weeks of an empty 3-br apartment.

The only reason why I'm rating two stars is simply because the front office/management is a joke. I have brought complaints to multiple front staff personnel in regards to a sewage bill mishap where my roommate and I were getting charged 4x the normal amount! I brought it to their attention the first month it happened and was simply told to "watch and see what next months bill looks like". After finally receiving a bill for 5x the amount (taking into consideration, I travel for work an am gone for 2-3 weeks out of the month), I finally had to speak up and demand someone do something

The staff at Sierra Vista are very responsive to questions and concerns. Maintenance has been out in a timely manner, and Nick is very pleasant and helpful. I would like to suggest the floor plan include a linen closet and a bar for hanging clothes in the laundry closet. The pool area is beautiful. I would also like to suggeat the pool hours start at 6 or 7 am for those like my husband qho would enjoy an early morning swim.
