Friendly. Families with children running around, utilizing the play area. It always very well landscaped. When I first applied here I needed a place fast ! So when I came here and I applied I expected it to be a long process but ...IT WASNT!! MATTER FACT exact opposite it was very professional and FAST I honestly couldn't have asked for more and since then I have not regret moving in any time I need to call for any issues including maintenance I always get a respond FAST and before I know it all issues are resolved so needless to say I'm very satisfied with my exsperiance so far!! - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

The grounds and units are generally kept in good condition. Maintenance is performed in a timely fashion. Units are being updated when unoccupied and the parking lot was recently resurfaced. Its a quiet, little complex and I feel very at home here. I only wish there was a building to keep bicycles....and a pool.

I currently live in Sterling Glen Apartments for about 8 years now, and I would prefer living here to anybody. The reason is the environment is so good cause your close to everything.Access to grocery stores hair and barber shop walmart highway 295 to Philadelphia is within minutes.Not only would you benefit living here at sterling glenn if you have children it can benefit your kids as well , lumberton schools system are highly regarded as excellent through out the state of newjersey they offer morning and aftetnoon day care for parents who have to get to work before kids are off to school at a

I just moved to Sterling Glen apartments and I absolutely love it. The leading office was so helpful and Jessica is the best. She really cares about the apartment community and will do what she can help with whatever she can to make you feel welcome. The maintenance crew are there and ready to help on the spot whether on or off duty. I'm so glad I came here and would recommend Sterling Glen apartments to everyone. Thank You for allowing me to make this place my new home.😁😁
