The following dog breeds are prohibited: Rottweiler, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Great Dane, Akita, Siberian Husky and Wolf - Hybrids.

I checked out out this place today and the disinterested staff should have been a big red flag. We were given a key and pointed in the direction of which building we'd be looking at. When we got in I was surprised to find that the entire place was covered in a thick inch of dust, empty monster cans around, and dirt and who knows what else all over the floor. This is an immediate no for anyone who cares about not moving into filth.

I arrived today at the property at 3:45 in an effort to gain some more information on leasing. One of the reps came to the door and locked it as I was getting out of my car to come in. The business hours for the day are from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. That is critically unprofessional and disrespectful which may be a sign of how the property is run. Thanks for the heads up I guess.

Stay far away from this place over charge for small apartments. Especially my fellow military personnel unfortunately it seems they rip us off the worse. I moved out almost 3 months ago and I’m just now getting contacted by collection saying I owe over $1000 dollars. After I received no emails or calls from any form of management. I reached out to management to see what was the reason for the charge and received the response the carpet had stains our PROFESSIONAL cleaning crew couldn’t remove...I lived in a one bed room apartment by the way and I’m being charged over $1000 for carpet that

We had questions about our lease renewal and Jessica answered them. She was pleasant, polite and welcomed my husband and I into her office. She served us with excellence and she's knowledgeable of her job. We asked her
a particular question that she kindly explained that she wasn't certain about the answer but she would inquiry about it then get back to us. Which she did upon our next visit with her which was another pleasant experience. I've noticed the person before us left her office smiling and exchanging pleasantries. She's a blessing to the entire complex.

I lived here for 2+ years and I have zero complaints regarding the development/management. I loved my time here. The community is well kept and there are tons of friendly neighbors. All of the neighbors look out for each other and bring packages just inside the foyer doors.
If you ever need maintenance, they are prompt in keeping up with their work orders and have always addressed any requests within a day or two! The apartment location is so convenient too! 15 mins away from two awesome dog parks (Swedes and Freedom Barks) and 5 mins off of 195 and turnpike.

These apartments are not worth it. The leasing agents do not communicate unless they need something from you. Moved out and forgot a package was coming, can’t get in touch with anybody..You have to bother them about your problems multiple times for them to fix things, and even still don’t expect them to fix whatever is going on. We had a leak in our apartment bathroom that neverrrrr got fixed. I had to go to the bathroom with a towel above my head because I would be getting rained on. Went to management about it numerous times, and got laughed at in my face by the maintenance men..

Lived there 2+ years must say overall no complaints. Maintenance took care of any issues in a timely manner. Jessica in the office was great any concerns or needs I had they were taken care of immediately! The gym was decent as I spent most of my time there, was very convenient. Would highly recommend Mi-place to anyone. Enjoyed my stay

I'm rating them based off of their customer service. I went to this property with a friend who was interested in renting from them. We were not greeted at all when we walked inside the leasing office. We stood in the lobby for about 10 minutes before we were greeted. The vibe from the leasing agent was very uninterested. When asked to see a model apartment we were told that they didn't have one. I've never been to a property where they didn't have a model apartment to show you what you may potentially be living in. Let's just say that my friend took her business elsewhere

Mi-Place is a nice place to live. The apartments are new and the neighbors are friendly, for the most part. There are some issues with the apartment because they built them cheap. This is just a warning for those who are thinking about renting. You're rent WILL go up every time your lease is up for renewal. And it goes up on a schedule that only benefits the company. See the picture attached. If you end your lease on a month that is good for leasing to new people, the rate is higher. When I moved in, my rent for the 1 BR, 700sf was $1,220 a month plus $60 a month for animals. So, $1,280. They

Pro: Brand new apartment complex! Many finished units, many more on the way. Jump in early if you want to rent an apartment that has never been occupied before! Plenty of parking, great gym, amazing clubhouse with billiards table, swimming pool...I like it here! Easy access to NJ Turnpike, I-295, JB MDL, etc.
Con: May not register on your car's navigation system yet. Use your smartphone for directions.
