Eastampton Place

I lived at Eastampton Place for 2 years when PCS'ing to the area. The apartment I moved into was clean and modern, I loved it. Melissa and Lorraine were very helpful and courteous during my time here. They were quick and efficient to respond to all requests. Maintenance was also very helpful. The only reason for moving out was the desire for more space.

Lorraine was incredible to deal with. She was so helpful, kind, and professional during our move to our new home and truly made it a less stressful experience opposed to some others. She is truly an asset to eastampton place apartments. We are so pleased and happy with our new home and all of the amenities that come with it!

I lived for two years in the first phase of Eastampton Place and loved it! The interior of the apartment speaks for itself - just beautiful. High end appliances, granite counters, and so many closets for storage. Parking was never a problem and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. I was so excited when the second phase was being built I made sure to tell the sales office (Rich was so helpful) that I planned to move to a larger model in phase two as soon as my lease was up. I moved three months ago to the largest model in Eastampton Place West and I am loving every minute of it. Melissa

I live in the first phase of Eastampton Place and am very pleased with all the extra upgrades. The full-size washer and dryer and the upgraded appliances are an added plus!! Plenty of closet space - pantry, linen, walk-in, etc. It is a very quiet community and so convenient to shopping and banks, etc. Parking has never been a problem. There has always been plenty of overflow parking for my guests.
Last summer when phase II opened we enjoyed the beautiful pool and barbecue area. The last community I lived in had limited hours for the pool and clubhouse and charged an additional fee. It is great

Awesome property. The clubhouse is great with lots of seating and grills. Great gym. The place is new with modern finishes

Everything is a plus...but Parking is terrible you be lucky to park near your entrance!

New apartments with elevator. Kitchens are awesome. I love the rain shower head and walk-in closet. Maintenance man is fast. Lorraine in the office is very nice.

I love my apartment because it's new, modern, and close to work. The two times I needed maintenance, the guys were here the same day and fixed the problem. I love my kitchen, it has a gas stove and cabinets that don't slam. So far so good!
