Convenient Daniel’s Island location,
responsive maintenance and staff [especially Mr. Troy!], upscale features throughout the apartment, plus coffee at the Club House/Office each morning as you visit with neighbors who also have friendly pups!

I lived here a couple of years ago for about a year before I had to move back to Greenville. This community made me fall in love with Greystar. When I moved in they gave me a gift basket. There is a community garden outside and an indoor garage. They have events often; during Halloween there was a pumpkin carving contest and I won first place! They gave me a $200 yeti cooler. It was AMAZING. So was the cooler. The apartments are expensive. I think I paid around $1100 a month for a studio. It is worth it. I would move back in a heartbeat if I could. The staff was nice and there are bikes they lend

I've lived at Wharf 7 for about 3 months now and have loved it! I initially had issues when I first moved in that were quickly addressed by maintenance and the leasing office. I love that they plan community events and recently started an app where you can interact with other residents based off of interests. My little frenchie is treated like a rockstar when he walks through the door of the leasing office causing him to pull me towards the office for a visit on every walk! He's showered with treats, toys and loads of attention every visit! I would definitely recommend living here!

I Recently moved in to a beautiful 2 bedroom. From the moment of initial contact to the warm welcome upon move in, the management team at Wharf 7 has been amazing to say the least. The property is exquisitely maintained and the apartment itself feels brand new!!

Although I did not end up renting here, I did have a WONDERFUL experience viewing the property. Not only was the person who showed me around engaged, friendly, and helpful, the property itself was gorgeous. Had I not chosen to live much closer to downtown Charleston, I would have picked this place.

As a former three year resident at Wharf 7, any good review that was written over a year ago should not be considered in your apartment search. W7 was formerly owned by Greystar and was kept in immaculate condition - from the landscaping to the amenities, to the leasing and maintenance staff. Last year, residents were notified via note on the door that Northland bought out the property. The entire apartment community went downhill after that. The once very gracious leasing staff and property manager are now hidden in their offices and NEVER answer the phone. Both of my neighbors have mold in their

I agree with Ryan's comment below. I first moved to Wharf 7 when it was under different management, and it was a great community. However, once Northland took over this property, it has gone down hill. It is extremely difficult to get in touch with management- they never answer the phone. It also took over 30 days for them to return my security deposit after repeated attempts to collect the money.
My biggest grievance occurred during the midst of the pandemic. Right around March/April when most people were losing their jobs, Northland decided to raise the rent significantly if you did not immediately
