Well, we moved into a very dirty unit. The cleaning people didn't do anything. I have plenty of photos if you would like to see them. Not happy at all. After the first month or so things calmed down as my husband and the office manager did not agree on anything. Since then my husband has passed away and I have moved out. The lady who I spoke to the other day understood when I spoke to her about my situation. I cannot give enough thanks to her, I don't know her name, but thank you. It was a nice place to live but the one thing that really bothered me was my 7 year old grandson was being bullied

This is actually my second time living here. I lived here for 2 years when I moved to vegas. I had zero complaints other than having a unit that was street side to Durango. I couldn't crack my window in the winter with the sound of the road. Since my roommate at the house is moving in with her significant other, I decided to move as well since I don't need a 3 bedroom house to myself & don't want new roommates. I did not like living here.
The apartment was fine but the community was not up to par for the price you pay to live there. The dumpsters are always overflowing on to the ground. Neighbors are outside at 3am, smoking weed with their car music blasting. I called security several times but never saw them show up. People fighting and screaming. The pool is like a daycare center and is always disgusting, tables/chairs are not clean and trash cans overflowing like the dumpsters.
The office people are unfriendly and rude. The extra fees just keep coming.

I love living at Rancho Destino! The pool and landscaping are very well kept and the staff has helped me a lot throughout the pandemic. Carly & Francine are wonderful and are always there for me when I’ve needed them. They’ve always gone above and beyond! Roberto is always accommodating and on time with work orders. I couldn’t ask for a better management!

I moved back into Rancho Destino last year because of a very positive experience when my husband and I lived here six years ago.
My husband passed away just two years ago now and being in a community of this sort seemed to be more sensible while trying to adjust to being a Widow and a Senior.
The first couple of months I became extremely nervous because of the turnover. I couldn't believe that moving trucks were here daily.
Now we have Francine and Carly who are very caring about residents and the property being cared for
I'm very happy now and know that returning here was the best decision

Wow....had way too high of expectations for this place. Don't expect anyone to answer more than once on any of their 5 phone numbers. Looking to move out of state, talked to very friendly representatives who gave me a great feeling about applying for a 1 bedroom only to be led on and robbed of my application money. Received a phone call saying I had been approved but someone else had applied in person before me? So how come they told me to apply if someone else was already there filling out an application? Really sketchy and I was scammed.

APARTMENT 225 DO NOT RENT where to start from ? From when we first wanted to rent the place and they showed us and told us total lies? And blamed it over "oh sorry the girls were seasonal and they didnt know what they were talking about" and go stuck with a nasty not renovated place? Or should i start from the very bad management where they dont do anything on time?

My wife and I are new tenants here, and everything is perfect.
I can't speak to what it may have been like years ago, but apparently they've made many changes for the better.
Parking is easy, and covered spaces always available. Landscaping is excellent. The gate is working, and the office staff is friendly and accommodating.
It isn't noisy, our new apartment was perfectly clean and everything works.
Whatever this property may have once been, it feels like it's become an outstanding complex.
Well done on a great property, very happy to know we'll be here this upcoming

Be ware of this business, sent a bogus bill to a collection agency almost two years after I moved out.
Not once did anyone call or send a registered letter stating I owed money !! I called to clear this up, the current manager's assistant told me they had just taken over and were reviewing old unpaid move outs. Stating the bill was for a full apartment repaint and a utility bill, the unit was not repainted, and I have the canceled check for the last utility bill.
My apartment was spotless, I have a signed off move out notice from the old manager's assistant stating so.

I lived here for one year from 3/2017-3/2018. The property was well maintained and they made several upgrades while I was there. They added a dog park, updated the community grills, etc. I only had a few maintenance issues when I first moved in and everything was corrected promptly. The staff seemed nice whenever I had to contact them. The only suggestion I would have is to add a drop box for the office. Almost every month, I would try to drop off my rent (to avoid the extra online processing fees) and almost every time the office doors were locked so I had to randomly keep trying to drop off my

I am happy to be moving into this beautiful community in April... I cannot say enough positive things about the rental process from first touring the model apartments and the complex to the securing of an apartment for lease. Well maintained and beautiful grounds throughout. The manager, Bryan is very professional and was a pleasure working with to secure my future home. Lived here for a year and totally not worth it for what they charge one bedroom I paid 920 +70 for water and trash and all there fees. I'm currently renting a house for the same price but a 3 bedroom!!! It's not worth it for 800 square foot apartment. Talked to some lady's that live there and they said that there cars are getting broken in to (not cool for a gated community) and the office doesn't seem to care enough to fix the issues my place got broken in to and that's when I new I had to leave it's a horrible feeling knowing your not safe in your own home😠told the office and she didn't care

I've been here 4 years and it used to be nice. Now it is a different story. Work orders DO NOT get completed in a timely manner and the fees that I used to pay have doubled. Work doesn't get completed. It's suppose to be a gated community, but the gate doesn't ever actually work so it stays open all the time. Yet you still pay "CAM fees" Which I don't know what for because nothing ever actually gets done. The gate has maybe worked 6 days out of this month. About a month ago my girlfriend and I decided to just look for apartments to get price quotes, we had absolutely no intentions to rent. After visiting 5 other apartments, this was the last stop. Old, smelly noisy apartments but for the price it was good.
After being robbed I was transferred to a second floor (same community). Apartment is literally falling apart, kitchen stinks how old it is, floods are happening once in 2-3 month, last time (2-3 weeks ago) when I called maintenance I was waiting for them to come fix it for 5 DAYS!!!!! I wasn`t able to was dishes or use kitchen at all.
Let`s not talk about the pricing in this s***hole and water bills that are $120 for a 2 bedroom apartment.
Regardless I was quiet, here and there I would have moments where

I love living here... as long as they replace my carpet and maybe one day they'll be able to find me a location that doesn't face the main street but other than that I have no problems meeting and comes right away no bugs no roaches no bed bugs it's very clean and they take care of us very well I plan to stay another two three years. Nigel is the most helpful if them all.
