Bliss Yoga
All group and private classes continue to be held remotely by Zoom video. We are having much success with this new capability and will continue to offer it after we reopen the studio. Just book your classes as you normally would and you'll receive a link by email and text to connect with your laptop / tablet / phone.

You'll be able to participate, interact, and receive feedback from Lilia as well as chat with the rest of the class as if you were in the studio. Scroll down for the schedule. We have introduced an unlimited monthly class pass, for only $59 per month! All Bliss yogis really should sign up for this!
Services
Level 1 (Basics / Fundamentals): Learning standing and seated postures, gentle backbends and mild inversions, twists and breathing techniques. Level 2 (Intermediate): Vinyasa flow, arm balances, core building and strengthening postures, and breath maximizing techniques. Level 3 (Advanced): Strong standing postures, inversions, back bends, repetitive warrior series flow, variations of planks, arm balances.
You will be connected to the MINDBODY service that we use to schedule, make payments, and track membership. It's easy to use and even easier if you use their smartphone app. If you need help come in early or stay after class. Yes, we'll accept the same forms of payment that we do online. We'll set you up with a MINDBODY account to track your attendance and register your payment.
Generally occurs two Friday evenings per month. This class is designed for partner work. Bring a date, a spouse, a loved one, a friend, a sibling or a companion with whom you are willing to spend time with, build trust in yourself as well as your partner/date, learn to accept support, be an encouragement, laugh out loud, learn to let go of all life's demands during this energizing and fun yoga practice.
Bring your yoga mat, if you don't have one, you may borrow one from the studio or great quality mats are available for purchase. Bring your water bottle & perhaps a hand towel (if you think you may use it). Of course, even a short yoga practice is better than no yoga practice! However, we advise everyone if possible showing up a few minutes earlier for a comfortable transition allowing your mind and body to settle in and relax.

My wife and I went to Bliss Yoga. We’ve been there 5 times. Every time we walk out of there, we feel physically and emotionally stronger. The yoga teacher, Lilia, is warm, welcoming, and caters to everybodies abilities without judgment.

I have been doing yoga with Lilia at Bliss yoga since it's opened a few years ago. Lilia is absolutely the best! The name of her studio, Bliss, is how I feel after every class I take with her. She is thoughtful, knowledgable, warm and cares about all who walk into her studio.

I have been a student of Lilia's at Bliss Yoga for over 5 years! She is an amazing yoga instructor and a beautiful person! Lilia knows her students and knows how to guide you to help grow your practice to get stronger, leaner and more flexible! Lil is an amazing yoga instructor. She easily tailors your practice to fit your needs and really helps you to grow. Whether in a class setting or in a private session, I would recommend Lil and Bliss Yoga to anyone in Monroe, CT or the surrounding areas.

I love Bliss Yoga and so do my tween/teen daughters! Lilia is a master of her craft, she is nurturing and enlightening! There is a class for every level, you just tell her what you need and she caters to YOU! I leave every session feeling stronger, calmer, and happier. My daughters have recently taken up yoga at Bliss and it has done wonders for them. Lilia teaches them breathing exercises, mediation, and assuming postures that stretch and flex their growing bodies. These are lifelong tools and coping skills that every person, big or small, needs! I highly recommend Bliss Yoga to everyone!

I love Bliss Yoga! I have been practicing yoga for more than a dozen years and I have now managed to get my two grown children hooked because of Lil. She connects with each person on an individual basis and genuinely cares about each person's practice.

Outstanding classes. instructor is great, pays personal attention to participants and offers many variations on a pose to help those looking for softer or harder variations. website easy to schedule and pay thru. studio is sunny comfortable and welcoming. love it here.

Lil is the best Yoga instructor I ever had !!!
She is so knowledgeable, warm, caring, and a truly genuine person who cares so much about
her practice and how she can best adjust it to fit your personal needs.
There's never a need to feel intimidated if you aren't experienced as Lil will always make you feel comfortable with whatever level you are at. She will challenge you as much as you want to be.
I never thought I would be practicing Yoga but with Lil"s instruction and insight
now I can't imagine not doing it.. Thanks Lil for changing my Life !!

Went for a couples yoga class. Lilia and her husband were warm, gracious and helped my partner and I feel connected through yoga in a fun, non-judge mental environment. All of the couples received hands-on attention and were laughing and pushing themselves to their ability level. The studio is clean and the energy is happy and comfortable. I'm looking forward to trying another class soon!

I had never been to a yoga class prior to my first Bliss class; my experience was limited to youtube videos. But Lilia made me feel welcome right away and I have been a regular in her classes ever since. She is incredibly warm and has a very calming presence--perfect for a yoga instructor. She always reminds me to breathe in the moments that I unintentionally hold my breath! She seems to know intuitively when I'm ready for a challenge and encourages me to attempt a more difficult variation of a pose. But she also offers modifications for every experience level and reminds her students to accept

I attended the prenatal yoga weekly throughout my entire pregnancy, it was the best thing I did for myself. The studio is relaxing, cozy and clean...very comfortable and welcoming environment. Lil (owner and instructor) is amazing. She is extremely talented and makes everyone feel comfortable no matter what skill level. Can't say enough great things...check it out for yourself.
