I found this to be the best way to accommodate a larger range of my students no matter the level, or stage of your yoga practice. Including several different styles of yoga, keeps classes fresh, new and optimal for supporting our respiratory, nervous and digestive systems. We go through a series of stretching and breathing exercises.

As the owner of Yoga Mobile Studio, the Fairfield-based Mellah is ready to turn any residence - not to mention office or rehab center - into a fully functional yoga center.
As a teacher I found Victoria to be engaging, calm, approachable and informative about all aspects of the class. During the class she would describe the different body parts we were using and the benefits of the poses. She would move amongst, the students, assisting us in modifying the poses. By doing this she helped us achieve the best possible position for us.

Victoria is such a great instructor. Through providing modifications for her students and that amazing essential oil treatment during savasana, you are sure to come back from a class feeling rejuvenated and proud. She is very community minded and always willing to lead a class at any kind of event. She’s quick to reply to emails and is such a kind person. Highly recommend using her for your next event, whether that be a birthday, corporate event, conference, etc. Check out her yoga retreats too!!!

I first started taking yoga classes on the beach with Victoria in 2016 (she holds an 8:30-9:30AM class on the beach across from the Greek Spot Cafe in Milford every Saturday during the summer). Over the past year, I have taken classes with her at Two Roads Brewery & various other locations as well. Her classes are always great! I would highly recommend Yoga Mobile Studio for beginners and/or experienced yoga participants.

I first met Victoria at Pints and Poses Yoga Event in Two Roads Brewery. She taught an amazing all-levels class and the fire of inspiration was lit! I have never been active in my life so Yoga was a big stretch, forgive the pun. Victoria mentioned that she taught classes at the Hindu Cultural Center in Stratford so I came to a class. Then I went to another, and then more, and tried other teachers and celebrated International Yoga Day and now, I don't really know how I have ever lived without Yoga! Oh my gosh, I LOVE Victoria's Beach Yoga class!! It is my new favorite thing! Such a perfect and beautiful way to kick off a Saturday! I love her teaching style. Each class is a little different, and challenges me in a new way, without feeling stressed or pressured to do every pose perfectly. I absolutely love her lavender treatment at the end, and the way she closes each class with an uplifting message. Thank you so much, Victoria!

I've been taking Yoga class with Victoria about a year now. My interest in Yoga began with hopes of lessening Osteoarthritis pain. When I first started with Yoga I was unable to feel comfortable in most poses. As time has gone by I have found my comfort level increasing as well as my strength and balance improvement. I am now able to get down on the floor and up off it unaided by a chair as a lift. Most beginner poses I can hold or I modify to suit my health requirements. Victoria has always been there for me cheering me on and keeping me motivated. She is clear and easy to understand and a kinder
