I’ve been here at college park apartments since march and the overall community atmosphere is amazing. There isn’t a problem they won’t try to handle. They treat you with respect and never fail to let you now when you have any questions to call them. I enjoy living in the area. It’s always quiet and calming area with a very helpful and courteous maintenance man who never seems to please with his professionalism. Great overall staff that have some the best office candy by far. I would definitely recommend any and everyone to move in here.

Ive lived here for about a year now and i really like it. Its really close to the college and to markets, mall, food. Priced very reasonably for what you get. The staff is one of the best parts. They are super friendly, and are very helpful of you need anything. Also a very safe area. Highly recommend especially for college students.

Definitely not the best place I've ever lived, but far from the worst. There are a few maintenance issues, such as replacing drywall with a panel nailed over the hole a plumber cut to work on pipes, and an upstairs bathroom outlet lacking a safety switch and therefore not having power. The lofts have ample space, but the AC struggles to keep them cool in the middle of summer. The staff is friendly and courteous in my experience.
