I highly recommend Dr. Easterling and staff. She is exceptionall with both the young and older folks like me. It goes beyond just quality of care, which is AAAAA+, and she does this with compassion. She doesn'… t singularly rely on digital technology, she listens and thusly is able to make a better diagnosis. properly. I honestly believe she cares about each patient. My 26 yr.old son feels the same. We both trust her. I don't have enough words to properly express my appreciation.

Eye exam and glasses 11 months ago. Purchased glasses full price. After 4 months arm fell off, took 5 days for repair. 2 months later arm fell off again, 2 weeks for replacement. Five months later, same arm feel off again!! This time was on vacation, very blurry vacation! They replaced glasses with different pair. 2 1/2 weeks for replacement. Suggested expediting order and was rudely denied. Went to finally pick up glasses and was rudely greeted by heavy set receptionist at seat left manning front desk. Horrible customer service. Stay away from this place, far better places in same general area

Absolutely the most thorough and knowledgeable in the area!! I'm not an easy patient, I've been wearing glasses since 18months old and my eyes are terrible. Dr Brad has always been very in tune with my eyes unlike so many in the past. Today I had an emergency visit, not the greatest diagnosis, but the fact that he diagnosed another problem based on my eye condition simply amazed me. Thank you Dr Laudicinia!!!

I had an eye appt 2 yrs ago...went back 3 times after getting new glasses as I could not read with them. I was told I had to get use to the bifocals. I finally gave up. I went back almost a yr ago for another eye exam and to give them another chance. Dr. told me the lenses were definitely the wrong ones that I got. I was told it would cost me $238… dollars for new lenses because it was couple days over the 1 yr mark. So even though the Dr admitted I got wrong lenses to start with they would not take responsibility and fix them. I am still without glasses as I have to wait for the 2 yrs before

Parrish Village News has an article on Dr Black Eye Center monthly a lesson a photo of him but no mention of Dr Black Eye Center Right near my Med Dr convenient If Dr Black Eye can examine my eyes and prescribe new glasses. I stopped in to make an appointment and find they don't take my Ins coverages. A nice location supposedly brilliant doctor 2 years of monthly articles about Dr Black Eye Center

This office is by far the best eye doctor around. I had an absolute awesome experience from the minute I called to schedule an appointment. The receptionist was friendly and got me in right away at an accommodating time. When we arrived they took us right away and made the whole experience super easy. Not a minute was wasted. Dr. Black was very friendly and explained everything through the whole entire exam. Picking out glasses with super easy and the lady was accommodating to us. They called when the glasses were ready and I had no issues at all I highly highly recommend this place!

My first experience with the Eye Center was there Manatee Ave location, then the Cortez location, and now the Parrish location. I've been pretty satisfied with the level of service I've received. Doctors are great, the staff is friendly, typically they are always able to schedule appointments at my convenience. What I like the most is that on my last visit I was in and out.

Contacts were over $20 more per box than my previous Doctor. Had to try twice to get a complete copy of my prescription. My last try was three months after my exam, and at that time they claimed they "forgot" to charge me for a co-pay. Never billed for this and 3 months later because I call for a copy my prescription, they say I owe more? I was charged plenty IN ADDITION to what my insurance paid for--over $60 on the day of the exam and $45 when the contacts came in, so this doesn't make sense....or they need much sharper office personnel.

Called as a new patient wanting to set up an appointment. Receptionist asked what type of insurance I had. I read to her directly off of my vision insurance card. She tells me I'm reading off my medical card, even though the name of my insurance for vision has the word "vision" in it. She then asked me to call back when I figure it out and hangs up. I then call another eye center reading off the same insurance card, had no problem and set up an appointment within 2 minutes. Staff and practices may be great, but I would never know thanks to her.
