Meridian SLC

The exterior of this apartment building looks luxurious and really nice. However don’t be fooled by the initial looks. It’s really expensive for what it is. Our apartment is in the bottom floor ,right next to the main road . So it’s really loud. We have had homeless people sleeping on our porch. The gates never work properly, so anyone can come in. Do to that our catalytic converter was stolen from the parking spot that we pay almost $50 for. The hallway that the apartment is in always smells like pot and trash. Quiet, clean, and professional. Very happy I decided to live here. The property is primarily full of working professionals from out of state so the vibe here is fantastic. Will continue to live here until I build.

The staff at Meridian is amazing. My roommate and I are in the process of a sudden move to SLC, and have been working closely with Tannor and Ashlee. They have been beyond accommodating and helpful during this stressful process. Not only are they helpful, but truly are some of the kindest people I have worked with, (and we haven't even met in person yet!) We couldn't be more excited to be joining this amazing community.

I can’t say enough good about this place. Gorgeous property. Great amenities. Well kept. Best of all, the gentleman I worked with, Tannor, was amazing. He was intelligent, well spoken, and helpful! It’s bananas how good this place is!

Had a lovely 11 months at this property. It was usually fairly quiet and the workers were quite pleasant. Did have a smoker in the building for a bit who liked a bit of that MJ but after talking to the front desk, didn't smell it anymore, at least inside the building.

Truly a shame. The actual apartments seem quality but the location, parking, and leasing center turned my roommate and I away from them immediately. First of all, this place is located in one of the worst areas surrounding Salt Lake. If you don’t pay for their ridiculously overpriced parking and choose to settle for free street parking there is a high likelyhood that you will be a victim of a property crime. The second we got there for our tour there were police talking to 3 homeless people right outside of Building A. They don’t even have 24/7 security so I suggest that if you actually want

I am currently a tenant at this apartment complex. I would not advise moving in here. I have noticed the following items since taking residence here.
1. The gate to the parking lot does not work well. I have to get out of my car and walk over to the card reader every time I drive in. This is especially unpleasant during the winter months.
2. The front gate is often left open allowing any member of the very large nearby homeless population onto the property.
3. I have heard from many tenants and management that cars are being broken into often and they have done nothing to prevent this.

I absolutely love love love the Meridian! I recently took the giant leap of signing a lease here and it has been a phenomenal experience right from when I called to inquire, till when I signed my contract. Everyone I had an interaction with was super professional, helpful and had my needs at heart. It did feel like a tailor made process right from the beginning to the end.

This is a great complex! We have lived here for about 2.5 years and it actually has gotten better each year.
1. The staff is awesome!! Tanner is always so helpful and connects so well with tenants as well as prospects. He makes you feel like you are family. Ashley is a sweetheart and is always so kind and easy to talk to. Stephanie is the manager and she is awesome. She holds everyone accountable while being kind and relatable. Great team!!
2. The maintenance team is very good. They are on top of everything and have done a great job of keeping the place clean and functioning.

Moved in one month ago: NOTHING BUT DELIGHTED. Staff people are warm and responsive, location is very good, and the apartments are excellent in every respect. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the closet space is marvelous.

I have lived in the Meridian Apartments for one year. I absolutely love it here. The office staff is always cheerful and eager to accommodate. Maintenance personnel have a wonderful attitude.

Garbage is picked up every night outside my door Sunday through Thursday. The apartments are new and come with upscale stainless steel appliances and a stackable washer and dryer. Rooms are spacious.

Access to so many restaurants on North Temple is wonderful. Apartment building is near TraX Station which I used to travel to and from Salt Lake City

I moved here a month ago, and so far its been really nice. The ladies in the office are really helpful and good people. Always willing to answer questions, talk and assist the residence in anything. The maintenance workers are always kinda and willing to fix any problems I have had in the past. Appliances tend to break (like anything will eventually) but they always come quickly to fix it and I never have problems with it after. The price of the apartments are reasonable for the area and comes with a lot of perks, like the pool, Jacuzzi, gym and lounge. There use to be a problem with trash

Not sure what these negative reviews are talking about, we have had nothing but and awesome response from management and the maintenance team. They have always owned up to any issues and gone above and beyond in resolving them. I really enjoy this place and the way they have taken care of our needs as tenants

First off, I've lived here two weeks now and agree 100% with all of the people who gave this place 1 star. Parking is awful, trash is always full, and if I could I would post a picture of the numerous PILES of trash that is always next to the dumpster (which is all over the ground in the parking lot). The doors to get into building B don't always work. The gates never work. They say they fixed it, but we just had an issue with it not opening yesterday. Have lived here for a month. The apartments are nice, plenty of room in the kitchen, and the washer/dryer in the unit are a bonus. However - I wish I had never moved here. Don't expect your car to be safe as the back gate never works for more than a day, so it is just left open. I have been without power for over 10 hours, and it is a problem with the building not the power company. I was told by the "manager" that she was trying but can't seem to find an electrician to come out. Then she told me "you can find an electrician if you want". What? What happened to customer

Moving here was an easy and breezy process and overall a great experience. Management is always quick and responsive.

Management has been very responsive to disrespectful neighbors, and the on-site maintenance team rocks! This property is three stars for any two-car family, five stars for a one-car family like us, since the proximity to TRAX is so convenient!

This place is nice but after touring it had a smell like trash in the hallway. They offer a valet trash and there extra fees are crazy. Rent is 1045 but will come out to about 1,300 for everything.. amenity fee $135 and parking fee 35 I never used the amenities at my old place and they charge you here to us it even if you don't?

The staff and maintenance crew are very kind, and accommodating. The location is perfect if you want to stay near Salt Lake City and airport. Dog friendly and dog park/vet right next door. Very modern, and sleek!
