*THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR FAMILIES*
Lived in these apartments for 2 years, and it was a terrible experience.
1. There were TWO different occasions where we found NEEDLES on the playground.
2. The tenants were so rude and loud.
3. Parking isn’t safe here because my father’s truck was broken into twice and nothing was done. Extremely vulnerable and there seems to be no security whatsoever.
And there’s plenty of other issues - such as the horrible management.
Summary: These apartments are DECENT at best. This is NOT a place to live if you have kids. Also, make sure to keep your belongings

I've lived here for a few years and honestly have enjoyed our time here without any major issues with our apartments or staff. The gals in the office have always been super friendly, easy to talk to, and glad to help 😊. The maintenance guys are really nice and helpful and I always see them out and about going above and beyond what I feel a lot of other apartments & staff in the area do. There have been times where neighbors could be more considerate of others (loudness, etc), but I feel like that's just apartment living to a certain extent. Not sure if I've just gotten lucky with who my surrounding

I have lived here for 5 years and this is my favorite apartment i have lived in. I love the space and layout and the fact that I don't have to go to a laundromat because there is a washer and dryer in my unit.
The staff in the rental office is friendly and helpful and Carrie cares about her renters. Maintenance staff is very quick to respond to issues.
I love how dog friendly the complex is with bags for poo provided.
The location is great, too. We regularly walk to eat out, go to the grocery store and pharmacy.

Have never had a management team work so hard for their tenants. From the moment we moved in they have been welcoming and helpful. They are always available for any questions and do their best to make sure everyone is taken care of. They go out of their way to make aure their "family" is taken care of. We have lived in a few places around spokane and you will always have the hard to deal with neighbors and riff raff here or there but legit feel completely safe here! The apartments are clean and the neighbors are very welcoming! Great place to live. Great school district would highly recommend!

I put in my 20 day notice in June to move out before July 1st. They accepted it. I moved out the last day of June. House spotless, but left my couch as I had no one to move it for me. They kept my $910 security deposit because they said I needed to pay rent for July?! Even though we agreed i was moving out by last day of June which I did. And then charged me another $550 on top of that for blinds and couch removal! Do not live here, it’s not worth the trouble and a waste of money

Forest Creek was my home for 9.5 years. I never would have stayed so long if it was not a good place. Sure, it is an apartment complex which comes with the negatives associated with sharing walls with others. However, I always felt my family was safe, my vehicle was never broken into and management took care of everything I brought to there attention.

Every single time I go to my friends place here, we have to listen to a bunch of loud a$$ music CONSTANTLY till freaking midnight. My friend is ALWAYS tired, and/or cranky at work because of this. Also, when I stay there for awhile, I hardly get ANY sleep either! Management has done NOTHING so far to either quiet it down, or stop it. Obviously... Because the music has NOT stopped. We TRIED talking to them, more than once, and instead of being courteous about it, like management SHOULD be, they taunted us. This establishment is terrible. I do NOT recommend. Ever.

Only lived here for a short time but really enjoy it so far! Great people in the office (especially Mandy), washer and dryer in our one bedroom apartment that works great. Dishwasher works 10x better than the apartments we were previously living in. Hot water last forever😍 you can actually take a shower that lasts longer than 10 mins. Oven and stove top work great.
No noise complaints so far, and it’s so nice to be able to have dogs here!

This is my second time living at Forest Creek Apartments and we love it here. Based on previous experience with apartments in this area, I have to say that the office staff here is top notch and cares about their tenants and community. Carrie went above and beyond to help me get into a three-bedroom apartment in a timely manner and has responded to any questions or maintenance needs quickly as well. I have not had any issues with neighbors or noise and love the convenience of local businesses and a great school district.
