Yoga Underground
Yoga is coming Home to yourself, to learning how to love your whole self, which means loving the hidden aspects and images of yourself that your avoid, to loving your gifts and talents and the images that are well known. Learning to balance and integrate the opposing sides of yourself is a practice which we cultivate when we practice yoga.

The way HOME is to commit (tapas a firey discipline and the act of showing up as you are in the momnet) to building a relationship with yourself; your physical "finite" self and your "infinite" spiritual self. If you are ready to commit time, energy, and resources into creating this new foundation for your well being, then we can help!

This class is a flowing style of yoga, linking breath and movement based in traditional ashtanga, hatha and himilayan sytles of yoga, created by One Yoga founder Susan Smith. The practice moves from the gross to the subtle body, from the root to the crown chakra, and adheres to the 8 Limb Yoga Philosophy.
Private sessions are designed and focused on deepening and balancing the students body, spirit, and mind on and individual basis. Here are some questions to ask yourself when deciding what to focus on in your private sessions.

This program includes, unlimited group classes, weekly journaling/mindset calls, weekly Yoga Lab Foundational Workshop, and 6- 1 on 1 private sessions with your Teacher to design a personal practice which rebalances and rebuilds foundation to support action and expression of your voice.

This is the best Yoga studio in the area! I have been a member for almost 5 months now. All the teachers are highly qualified and extremely welcoming. They offer a wide variety of yoga styles including Ariel yoga. I couldn’t help but try all the classes and although I have my favorites like Ashtanga (by Danielle, Eric & Marcy) & the morning vinayasas by (Susan & Danielle) all the classes are fun & high quality. Highly recommend!
