I cannot in good faith recommend Kenley Apartments to anyone. They refuse to take any responsibility for anything that happens to their tenants. In July, we went almost a full month without internet with no word from the apartment complex (it ended up being a contract war between DirectPath and Spectrum) but for us, there was zero transparency… between Kenley and the people who live here. Also, if your A/C goes out when it’s 95 degrees outside, expect that you will need to take off work to make sure the maintenance employees actually show up and try to fix the “emergent&rdquo

My husband and I lived here for a year summer of 2019-summer of 2020. Overall Kenley was a nice place to stay! Amy Lee was our girl from day one and has became one of our good friends... From the beginning she was super super sweet and helpful! She made sure to find us the best apartment that fit our needs best. Over our year stay, she has went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of!

I would give this ZERO stars if I could! I usually am not one to leave bad reviews but quite frankly I’m surprised this place is still in business. I am currently a student at Auburn University; my mom and I… moved into Kenley apartment complex back in January of 2020. Before we moved in there were many problems, the air conditioner was leaking, the towel bar fell out of the wall, the bathroom door would not lock, the shower faucet was broken, paint dripping down the cabinets, paint specs all over the floor, hot water was not attainable, very little water pressure, and a few other

I lived at the Kenley from 2010 until this past March(@018) and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing to work with Haley and her staff are superb! From the time we move in until the day we left… they were kind and professional. Service requests were always answered on time and with courtesy. The Kenley is safe and quiet when you need it to be. We enjoyed the amenities -- especially the pool. My husband liked taking the kids to the pond. The schools nearby are excellent with Inverness Elementary being the one that is in the zone and we love our school. If we ever move back
