Services
Heritage Place is a dog and cat friendly community. We allow up to two pets per apartment, with no weight limit. Dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered and shots up to date. Vet records may be requested. Other small or caged animals allowed, please call for details.
Breed restrictions (mixed breed or full) include Akita, Belgian Sheepdog, Belgian Tervuren, Bouvier Tervuren, Bouvier Des Flandres, Belgian Malinois, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Giant Schnauzer, Irish Water Spaniel, Komondor, Pit Bull (or variation including or aka American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Presa Canario, Rottweiler.

Our screening guidelines include credit history, criminal history, income qualification, and rental/address qualification. We currently do not participate in the voluntary Section 8 Voucher program. We offer an extensive list of services for residents, including online rent payment, on-site maintenance, 24 hour emergency maintenance, professional on-site management and more.

I've lived at Heritage Place for twelve years. I don't think you can find a better place to live in the northwest metro area. We have maintenance people who keep the building in excellent condition. The management cares about the welfare of ALL the residents. The residents are truly neighbors and friends. Check this place out.

This is home. My mom is so happy here. Thank you Heritage for your incredible staff, and impeccably maintained apartments to call home. It’s quiet, comfy, and just what she wanted. The heated underground garage in the winter is also a huge plus. I love visiting my mom when I’m in town. ❤️ - the daughter

We feel so fortunate to have found our Father a wonderful home here at Heritage Place! After leaving his home of 45 years, we weren't sure how the transition would go. Thanks to the helpful and caring staff, the well-built and beautifully maintained building, he acclimated better than we ever expected. It's clean and quiet and all of the residents we've met so far are kind and welcoming. He feels comfortable and at home here and we all couldn't be happier!

I have looked at many buildings and this by far is the cleanest, best kept and affordable. The man that gave me a tour was very professional and kind. The people that lived there were very welcoming. If there was a draw back it would be that they currently had no availability. I will wait for an opening.

For us it was “love at first sight” --- We weren’t just looking for an apartment, we were looking for a place that was warm, friendly – a place we could call home. We had looked at several apartments in the area and were ready to give up. Our answer came the minute we rang the doorbell at Heritage Place in Rogers MN. The minute manager Shane Chambers opened the door and greeted us we knew we found it.
We moved in last November and were warmly welcomed. Our apartment is cute and we love it – when we arrived a sign on the door said “welcome home” – and home this is.

We have lived at "Heritage Place" for thirteen years. The "community" is supported and encouraged by Heritage Place superior staff members. They along with those that live here make it HOME. A visit will show you how much everyone cares, and some of the special things you can choose to be involved in. Your concerns - whatever they may be are always respectively considered with help to resolve them.

I have lived at Heritage Place for many years. It is a place I can comfortably call home. My neighbors are very kind, they look out for one another. We have many activities and entertainment. The maintenance man is always right there when you need him. I have never had a problem that was not fixed that same day. The manager is the best we have ever had. He is professional yet a very caring, compassionate man. I believe you will not find a better place than Heritage Place.
