The Preserve at Commcerce is a dog and cat friendly community. We allow up to two pets per apartment, with no weight limit. Dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered and shots up to date. Vet records may be requested. Other small or caged animals allowed, please call for details.

I’ve only lived here 4months so far but the staff is very helpful and friendly. All of my maintenance requests have been fulfilled within less than 24 hours and they always ask if there is anything else they can do while they’re here.
The closets are HUGE I thought I would need to rent a storage unit but I was pleasantly surprised. You could easily turn a closet into a small office if you wanted to.

Very nice, quiet apartments. Love the walking trails in the area. Lots to do in the area, many restaurants and stores close by.
I moved here in January of 2020 and have had a great experience! Apartments are clean and have plenty of room. The amenities are wonderful and give us lots to do when it’s cold outside. I definitely recommend these apartments.

I have lived here with my wife for almost 2 years and it has been a great experience! The amenities are nice, the apartments are nice and the staff have always been helpful. Especially the maintenance staff who helped us several times with some of the appliances that acted up.
My only issue is with cooling the apartment in the summer, as there is only one air conditioner for our whole 2 bedroom apartment. This was only a problem on the hottest nights though.

I am a current resident here and I absolutely love it. The apartments are very spacious with up to date appliances. Washer and dryer, dishwasher. The apartment also has a pool and hot tub, billiard room, and a workout room. I frequently use the hot tub and it is never crowded and always clean. Personal lockers available and shower area by the pools. The location is great for families and single adults. Near local shops and great schools nearby. It is overall a great city, great neighborhood, and a great apartment.
