I cannot figure out how this clown made it through medical school. Everyone, medical students and others know you do not cut off a diabetic's insulin supply.
I am a diabetic. I never take off my insulin pump. Yet, Leonardo DaVinci's nurse informed me he could not do surgery while the pump was on and connected.
Calling himself DaVInci is suspect. Calling himself a doctor is dangerous.

Be careful if you plan on cancelling appointment at this place. I understand that if you cancel 24-48 hours in advance there is a charge but they charge you $150 if you reschedule 3 times even though you have called to reschedule more than couple of weeks in advance.

The high level of patient care starts at the front desk. Warm, friendly and very professional. I am a stickler for good service and even more so when it comes to medical experts and professionals. Dr. Davison epitomizes what I was hoping for in a surgeon: Confident. Not cocky. Kind and understanding. Highly regarded by patients, students, surgical teams and peers. I am a Breast Cancer survivor and have had a rough time after all the chemo. I have had multiple surgeries, the biggest being a double mastectomy. I chose to go implants because the thought of a DIEP tissue reconstruction scared me. I did the expanders and implants, then my body kept forming encapsulations around the implants and I had to have them replaced a few times. Seeing multiple doctors. Dr. Pinell performed a cyst removal on my knee, which was very scary for me, personally. This was my third cyst removal in the last several years and the first two (with other doctors) did not go well at all. I fainted during both previous operations and ended up with scars as well.

STAY AWAY! I saw Dr. Davison for a labiaplasty. After the initial surgery, the results were extremely asymmetrical, so I scheduled a revision surgery. After the revision, my results were still asymmetrical. I scheduled a post-op visit with him several weeks later to discuss. He was a no-show for my visit and upon arrival, I was told that I would instead be seeing the "practice manager", who was not a doctor. Dr. Davison is a master at his work. I have been on a preventative mastectomy journey and through every step Dr. Davison has reassured me that it will all work out. He has taken time to sit with me and express all my concerns and is a true master when making incisions.

I gave the place 2 stars because the receptionists & the workers were courteous and the good appearance of the place. I came for a consultation for a surgery. What bothered me first was how the doctor touched the targeted areas without any gloves. While I can understand how viewpoint, what bothered me was how I was turned down for a surgical procedure due to scarring. While I can tolerate scars, I'm still unhappy with the excess skin I have on something. It came off as unsolicited advice to me because I would have rather taken the scars over the part I couldn't stand. Then again,

HORRIBLE costumer service. The office staff is not professional what so ever. Never met the doctor himself, I decided to go with another doctor before my appointment at Davinci which I am so glad with my decision.
I called to cancel my appointment and request a refund for the consultation($100) and Ashley(receptionist) let me know it would be a week for the refund to post. I called a little over a week to follow up and was told the refund has still not been processed. I asked to speak with the employee that handles the billing and I was told she does not work in the office.

Dr. Davison and his team are amazing. From the first office visit, through surgical prep and post care, they were nothing but professional, personal and caring. The results are beyond my highest expectations. After a bad bicycle accident, that left the side of my face torn open and my eyelid badly damaged. Dr. Davison repaired my cheek and rebuilt my eyelid saving my eye. Always well dressed and positive, Dr. Davison kept my wife and I well informed of every step of the way and optimistic. I had a double mastectomy with DIEP flap reconstruction. If you aren't aware, DIEP is an extremely complex procedure that not very many surgeons are trained to do. (It is a micro-surgery where you transfer your abdominal fat to recreate a breast mound, basically a transplant from you to you.) My surgery was flawless, the results are phenomenal, and the nurses at Inova Fairfax said they have never seen a plastic surgeon as attentive to pain management as Dr. Davison was. He is nice, compassionate and thorough. After the fact the nurses were always available with questions about the recovery

Dr. Davison and his staff are awesome. I'd gladly recommend them to anyone considering cosmetic surgery. I had a tummy tuck, breast reduction, and lots of lipo done and he did a fabulous job. He priced it competitively and I'm thrilled with the results.
